Accommodation was modern, clean and tidy. Had everything needed. Can recommend and will definitely visit again.
Our stay was fabulous, the unit was spotless and modern with a lovely position and view. The hosts were very helpful. We would definitely book again.
To start with there was no confusion about how to access the property and where the keys were. I was so impressed that we didn't have to physically interact with anyone to get in. The accommodation is top-notch, my 6 and 8-year-olds loved their room and my husband and I loved ours just the same. We had an amazingly comfortable stay. The top floor of the unit's balcony opens up to one of the most spectacular views in Witsand. To the right you can see the river stretch out into the distance and on the left, you can see the sea, absolutely beautiful. . The added bonus was that we had access to the lodge's pool for the kids, which they loved, and to the restaurant right in front of us without driving anywhere. We would definitely go back again.
Clean and tidy.
The apartment has been lovingly renovated. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the braai inside the lounge is great for rainy weather.

Very good and convenient.
We were in the Western Cape for a weekend in September and washed ourselves in Witsand. However, the accommodation is steps away from a fantastic restaurant and conveniently close to other places to eat which are a few minutes drive away. It is a spacious and stylish accommodation with everything needed for a short break. The indoor braai was a bonus in rainy weather!
Only challenge we had is secure parking for the boat as there is no space in the lodge itself. This facility is independently managed and the parking area next to the lodge already closes before 4:00 and does not open again until 7:30. Better arrangement can be made with lodge residents to ensure easy access, especially in busy times like December.
