We had a great stay! The unit was clean and has a lovely porch that leads out into the garden.
Wow, the service was outstanding and the staff were really friendly. Cleaning services were on point. The place was lovely.

Toilett seat broken. We reporr this but had very little action to help.
I will not recommend Unit 216. The resort is amazing; however, the unit was disappointing. We arrived at 14h00 and were told our unit had not been cleaned yet. We had to leave the resort and came back almost an hour later, and the unit was still in the process of being cleaned. The fridge was filthy, the toilet seat was broken, the main bedroom light was not working. The unit was sold as having an en suite, yet this was just a shower placed in a bedroom. The loungers were filthy and broken, so we could not even sit on them. The TV signal was terrible, and we were unable to watch TV.
