The apartment has been newly fitted to a very high standard with all the added extras to make your holiday comfortable, relaxing and secure. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, opening to an enclosed patio. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, and a compact modern shower en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. All of the bedrooms have built-in cupboards, side tables, and a vanity section. The second family bathroom contains a free-standing bath to soak away all your stress, a toilet and a washbasin. The beds are made up with 100-percent cotton bedding and 100-percent cotton towels are provided for bath time.
The kitchen is equipped with a built-in stove with extractor fan, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, a washing machine and tumble-dryer, and a granite-topped breakfast nook. The dining area contains a 6-seater dining table with benches which is open plan to the air-conditioned lounge that contains a L-shaped lounge suite and a 48-inch TV with 66 DSTV channel holiday package.
The living area has sliding doors opening to an enclosed patio with shutters for privacy and all-year round enjoyment. The patio has an L-shaped couch, a coffee table overlooking the estuary, and a gas braai. Harry our resident Hippo enjoys a spot very close to the apartment patio. Outside there is another braai area that is shared with the next door unit, however guests will have their own braai in the same area.

22 guests' feedbackWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was superb; clean, tidy, nicely decorated, and the beds comfortable. The wide range of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash added an extra touch, as did the Nestle cappuccinos and Assaguy Coffee. We loved that the unit looked directly over the estuary, and seeing hippos grazing around the unit added to the overall experience. Just to note, if a person is looking for more privacy and fewer people, then the accommodation is probably not for you.
Great break from the hustle and bustle.
Perfect location. Security is excellent and the unit is clean and has everything and more. Bedding and linen of top quality, and the unit has lovely finishes. Spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.
Definitely a value for money.
The unit was fantastic. Everything was clean all the time, it's very safe. We fished and when we got to the unit everything was already clean. We could literally just take a vacation.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean unit. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Except that WiFi was not available. We would recommend this place.
A nice unit with garden stoep.
Everything was fine, clean and beautiful. The security and caretaker were very nice.
I loved the modern decoration and furniture including the feeling of being home away from home. During loadshedding there was provision for lighting and gas cooking. I just love the place. Will make it our second home.
One downside was the lack of Wi-Fi.
The units provide for 3 bedrooms, with all facilities for self-catering. Location also very good in St. Lucia. It was truly a pleasure to be able to use such excellent facilities for a few days holiday. The swimming pool is also a great pleasure and is also fantastically clean. The two children in our company were so hungry for it that the sea got little relief. Absolutely fantastic stay.
We wanted to have a braai since it was shown that there is a braai area but when we tried only to find out that the braai stand is faulty and there was no plan made for us about that. No 2 there was loadshedding which we don't have any problems with it but the least they could have was proving us with the area schedule for that so we can prepare ourselves and all the light in the house written load shedding lights, none of those lights were working so we had to make our own plan to have light. No 3 there was nothing whatsoever for in case you want to have tea or coffee like most self-service places I've been at. They provide you with such, the least they could have done is let us know in advance that it not provided so we can bring our own. Besides these three things our stay was fantastic, we enjoyed ourselves, the place is clean and neat.
Our fridge didn't work, but they replaced it even though it was over a weekend. Also very quiet.
The Bridge Unit 3 is a very nice place, but I would say for no more than 4 people. The one extra room with the double bed is far too small. The air conditioner in the TV room makes the whole room nice and cool. Overall, this is a fully equipped apartment for a family of 4.
Pay attention to general maintenance. Air conditioning in master bedroom not working.
Does this unit have a garden table and chairs?
Only need better quality cooking pots.
The unit is lovely just a shame that there are no chairs for outside. Luckily just borrowed the neighbours' chairs.
We enjoyed our visit so much! The place made our vacation time so nice and comfortable. The location is really amazing and we also really enjoyed Harry! Many thanks to Joey and Sharon, your kindness and care made us feel right at home. We will definitely visit again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Unit 3 The Bridge in St Lucia. The unit was equipped with everything needed, luxurious, comfortable and peaceful. The workers were all friendly and helpful and the view and gardens incredibly beautiful!
