Situated on the first floor, the spacious apartment comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, and has a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains a double bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds The two bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar.
Guests can relax in the lounge which is equipped with a TV with selected DStv channels, and opens onto a large balcony with an outdoor dining area and braai facilities and overlook the river. A cleaning service is also available on request.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool, braai areas, a tennis and squash court, laundry facilities, as well as secure parking, and 24-hour security. Free Wi-Fi is also available within the complex.
Unit 54 The Bridge is located 2 km from Ingwe beach, and St Lucia offers various activities such as horseback riding, hiking trails, bird watching, surfing, fishing, hippo cruises, and game safaris, and guests can visit the world-renowned iSimangaliso Wetland Park.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is modern and very comfortable. The air conditioning is available in all the rooms and living room with roof fans and makes it very pleasant inside when it is hot. The kitchen is well equipped. The main bathroom is very nice and big, but the en-suite bathroom is very small and has no door. There is a gas barbecue on the patio which has a very nice view of the beautiful vegetation. The WiFi worked well, but with load shedding there was no cell phone signal in St Lucia, but that didn't bother us. The unit is very centrally located and you can easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again. St. Lucia is a gem.
We already wrote a review but wanted to repeat. The fact that the unit is on a third level makes it very difficult to carry one's luggage up and down the stairs. There were a lot of small cockroaches and had to be killed. The second and third bedroom were small and it was difficult to move around or between the beds. The unit is beautiful and facilities are very good.
Mattresses unfortunately poor quality. The smell of burning plastic hangs over the resort every night, making it unpleasant to be outside and barbecue. The wifi is very slow.
Unit is neat and well maintained with air conditioning in every room. Kitchen is well stocked with all utensils. There is a fantastic, cute gas grill that works like a bomb. The wifi is just such a huge bonus.
The Bridge complex was not busy, so we had the pool and braai areas to ourselves. The only issue are the monkeys that come through any opening they find in the apartment and loot foodstuff. We had perfect weather and a great holiday.
Will definitely visit the place again.

Apartment is only on 3rd floor which makes it difficult with luggage. The master bedroom's mattress is hollow. And the master bedroom's shower does not have good pressure, and also struggles with the setting between hot and cold. There is still a lack of kitchen equipment such as tongs, 1 plate is badly chipped, salad bowls and Tupperware. Rest is very neat and clean. No Wi-Fi.
