First night had an incident, but the service was great.
It was a very pleasant stay and great staff.
It was very nice, the best ever. It's just the load shedding that no one told us about, but I'll come again. It's worth the money.

The accommodation is opposite the parliament. Parking is scarce and the view is concrete. Very nice (and affordable) restaurant on the ground floor.
It was an overnight stay and our needs as such were met. They didn't however have Dstv in the rooms so we had to watch the Euro Finals in the lounge downstairs. Also if you can't climb stairs it's a problem because u have to climb stairs from ground to first floor to access the lift from there.
The rooms are a comfortable size. The bathroom is neat and clean and also comfortably large. The bed is too hard.
We checked in very late, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome. A lot of effort was also made to get our vehicle safely parked. Very neat. Excellent location.

Good coffee! Good food at restaurant! Everything you need in the room. I would just like some fresh milk in the room.
We did the Cape Town cycle tour and the hotel was so close to the start of the race and it took us less than 5 minutes to cycle to the start of the race. The hotel was also very clean and the staff very friendly. The various food options were also very convenient for us as we could please both young and the not-so-young in our family. We will definitely come back!
We had outstanding service. The receptionist was very helpful. Parking was available in the building across the road at an extra fee, but convenient.
Accommodation had everything needed for a short-term stay. The bed and seating were comfortable and the check-in process was smooth.
It was okay. There was one night where there was karaoke until 11pm at the eatery downstairs. It was loud. They did not sweep every day.
Cape Town is so safe, it is like it is not in South Africa, you walk freely in the CBD.
Took the Studio room and even though there are no windows there was still more than enough air. Rooms were neat and clean with everything you need. It was during the week, so it had been pretty quiet.

We had a nice time.
The hotel was accommodating with our late check-in. We checked in quietly at 11:30 pm after our late flight to the Cape. However, there were guests who made a lot of noise between 3 and 4 in the morning and I don't think the security or management did enough to address the person concerned and get them to quiet down. The breakfast was a winner though. I would stay there again.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room with neat and working appliances. Fabulous urban decor. Central and across a very nice italian restaurant. Love the deck area with bar.
