The apartment was very neat and had everything we needed for our 2 night getaway. The Table Mountain view is spectacular and the location was perfect for us to Uber to our destinations at night.
Not what I expected. We booked with the prospect that everything would be at one site: accommodation, restaurant and swimming pool. Disappointed when given directions to our accommodation, away from the above. Clarity during discussion would have been nice. Accommodation was overall very good and clean.
It wasn't exactly what we expected based on the pictures, and there was a smoke/cigarette smell that lingered in the air, which wasn't pleasant. It was neat and clean, but we wouldn't necessarily want to go back there. Also, it was quite noisy; we could hear the neighbours and people in the corridors.

Was very hot. Aircom very noisy. Difficulty sleeping. Ceiling fan also noisy.
We were very disappointed in the quality of the accommodation and I even called you on Saturday to report my dissatisfaction. The pictures used do not show the rooms in reality. The furniture is torn and the bed is broken. We were only provided with 1 adult towel and 1 hand towel even after multiple requests which I have proof of, we only received an extra towel on a Sunday afternoon ─ two days into our stay. Two adults had to share a towel for 3 days which is disgusting. They didn't clean the dustbins and no bin was provided in the bathroom even after the cleaner advised there should be a bin. They basically just made the beds every morning. All in all, the accommodation was very unsatisfactory and not at all what I would expect from the accommodation listed with you. The other couple that booked with us refused to stay at this accommodation.
I do not believe the institution should be listed. No, the area is unsafe.

Such a lovely apartment with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay and awesome views of the city.
It was not explained where we should check in, so it was a complicated situation. Then had to go to the hotel to check in. Didn't know there was a hotel either. The room is very nice and clean, all the amenities inside were great. The view was also beautiful. Manager Gerhart was excellent when we had trouble checking in.
The fellow guests could be a bit rowdy. We arrived at the place not realising that we had to collect the key in the next road.
Nice stay. A few negatives: 1. The towels were dirty and full of marks. 2. The shower curtain was full of black marks. 3. The sink in the bathroom was full of marks (as if someone had smoked there and placed the butts on the edge). 4. The 'aircon' availability is misleading. The unit has a detached aircon which is terribly noisy. Other than the above we couldn't find any fault and enjoyed the time in the Cape.
If you're in the city and you're just looking for a place to sleep it might work, but it's very expensive for what you get. The place is small. The duvet was slightly too small for the bed. The bathroom is small, I can see why they replaced the door with a sliding door. That same sliding door needs some attention, it won't close properly. A few of the bulbs were blown. There was no corkscrew. Coffee was instant coffee with powdered creamer and slimming sugar - disappointing for the price range. At least I expect sugar for my coffee! The corridors of the Four Seasons are narrow and stuffy. There are no clear direction signs from the parking area to the lift. The view is breathtaking, but it's not the only place with a nice view.
The Hallway was not clean, the curtain shower was stained, and the internet view is not the same.
Checked in half an hour late, very unhelpful, asked for a lift 1.5 km away R200. I call uber - R50. They say they gave me soda to say sorry - they lie! Won't stay there again.
Maintenance came out but couldn't do anything. Toilet seat was loose. Maintenance is very poor.
The bathroom was very small. We would also have preferred more towels. Furthermore, the view was incredible and we enjoyed it at all times. Feeling safe.

If you compare photos with the place, there is a big difference. Was expecting an open plan unit as in description but the place is partitioned off and room is very dark. Couch in living room wasn't very clean either, but you sure get what you pay for.
Kitchen area needs attention in terms of hygiene - microwave inside very dirty. Room part stuffy - no window. Nice view of Table Mountain and location average - street sleepers beg if arriving at night and have to wait for parking doors to move up. Elevators and building generally "scary".

The sizes, finishes, and furnishings are very similar and bookings will be allocated depending on availability. The couch in the lounge in some units are sleeper couches and we gladly set this up as a bed for a third person. Each apartment is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a toilet, basin, and shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, tea- and coffee-making facilities and a washer dryer combo. Other amenities include free uncapped Wi-Fi and smart TVs with Netflix pre-loaded. An iron, ironing boards and hair dryers as well as drying racks can be provided.
