1. No smoking indoors or pets allowed in the unit.

2. Please do not hang any washing on the front patio.

3. Please note that the complex is a quiet zone. Please do not play music on the patios, or make any disturbance as sound travels. This includes the corridors, stairways and walkways inside. 10 pm and 6 am is a quiet time and no noise should be made. The complex management may levy a fine for noise disturbance of R1000 which we will be obliged to collect via the booking channel or in cash.

4. No Plett Rage bookings are permitted.
