The apartment is practically furnished, only one problem, no additional bed linen was available. Also really enjoyed the pool. Cute getaway place for 2 people.
Was great, good atmosphere.
Toilet leaked awfully causing the water to flow into the kitchen whilst we were out on Saturday. I spent the afternoon/evening cleaning up with a mop that didn't mop.
It was a fantastic place and the view over the sea is definitely value for money.
It was fun, exciting and very relaxing.
We would like to have a list that we can mark off what is in place so that if something is missing, that one can pass it on immediately. They must also make sure that the DStv's cables work. And then when the people come to work there I would recommend that there be supervision. The people who probably came to fix things damaged the wood and the wall when they drilled.
This was a very quiet place, and it's very safe, we really enjoyed ourselves, we would be making a new booking, this time coming with kids but on a different place, this has access to DStv, games for kids.
Impractical washing basin in kitchen area - just a little too small otherwise very pleasant.
Very unfortunate. 2 full days no water and no notification. Had to scoop water from pool to flush toilets. No bath, but on vacation.
It's good for only 2 people as it's a small apartment.

In certain cases when a deposit was paid and the client wants to cancel there will be a non-refundable cancellation fee of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.

More than 2 weeks before check-in, 25% deposit refunded.
Less than 2 weeks before check-in, 0% deposit refunded.

In addition to the rates in the table above, this establishment also charges a once-off R600 admin fee per booking.
Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the establishment.Check-in/check-out details
House rules
- Please note that the admin fee is included in the quote.- The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.
- The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit was paid must be filled in and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation returned to the host.
- The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
- Should the property be damaged either wilfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.
- Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform the host immediately.
- The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.
- Please remember to email the host your account details.
- Please ensure that the outstanding balance reflects in the host's bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
- Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
- No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats or houses. Should you smoke in the house you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
- If a cleaning service is needed it can be arranged prior to arrival, at an additional cost.
- Cleaning services are not available on Sundays and public holidays.
- The owner cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience to tenants caused by an act beyond the owner's control. In the event of any appliance being out of order the owner cannot be held liable for the replacement thereof.
Don’t forget to bring the following:
- Towels for swimming and bathing.
- DStv decoder with the remote and card.
- Your own cleaning chemicals and toilet paper for your stay.
