The first-floor apartment can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, a lounge and an indoor braai area. There are 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed and one of these rooms has air conditioning. The third bedroom has 2 three-quarter beds and the living room contains a couch that can be converted into a double bed. The main bedroom's en-suite bathroom has been newly renovated.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, a microwave, a fridge, and a dishwasher, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A washing machine is also available for guests to use.
Guests can enjoy their meals at the 8-seater dining table and can relax in the lounge which has a TV. To view DStv, guests please need to bring their decoder, remote and smart card, and uncapped Wi-Fi access is available.
The living area leads to the enclosed indoor braai area, and the front patio overlooking the swimming pool.
The complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai facilities for guests to use.

It is a wonderful and neat place. It is close to a lot of beaches and close to all the shops. Will definitely stay there again.
Very enjoyable and relaxing.
Very modern, stylish and clean. Beds very comfortable. View is great, you can hear the ocean and sea the ocean. Our pet was allowed and he loved it too. Even though it's on the first floor it has a private garden and is safe. We were extremely happy and were sad to go home. We will definitely go again as we love Uvongo as well. Thank you Nicolette for your wonderful hospitality.

House rules
Uvongo Chalets Body Corporate does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to property or injury to any person, that may occur on the property.Please use allocated garages or carports – no parking allowed in driveways. Trailers are to be parked in the trailer parking area.
For your own safety please keep security gates locked at all times. Please keep the pool gate closed at all times.
Children using the pool must be under parental supervision at all times. Pool games must take place in an orderly manner and not intrude on fellow residents.
Please do not hang laundry over arrangements on balconies and do not use stumps etc. don't throw it away.
Rubbish must be taken out of the apartment on departure and regularly during your stay - please place rubbish in the designated area next to apartment no. 16.
No fireworks are to be used on the property.
No pets are allowed on the property without written permission. All dogs must be on a leash as soon as you leave the unit.
Please consider other residents and do not make a noise after 10 pm and before 7 am.
Please report any problems to maintenance appreciate a reservation has been made or directly with us, the owners.
