18 guests' feedbackWhat a fabulous location, private, serene, with the best views. Spacious home for our large family and their friends with adequate sleeping and bathroom facilities for everyone. Enjoyed the space of the lounge, freedom of the patio to braai late into the night, and the extended yard walking directly to the dam. The game and poolroom an enjoyable add-on for colder nights.
Very pretty. Very large and quiet area. Have a nice rest.
The pool cues need tips. Most tips are broken. The dartboard needs more darts and chalk. It would be nice to go on a boat or Jetski trip, or if there were canoes or kayaks to use. Consider keeping some board games in the unit, such as 30 seconds, Monopoly, and playing cards. We ran out of sugar and coffee. Maybe keep some extras for sale. Keep some rods for rent and tackle for sale, such as Carp and Barbel traces and baits.
Great fishing. Kids had a ball. Older people really enjoyed the patio braai area and swimming pool. Great for groups. Will definitely go again.
It was Grandpa, Grandma, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren who spent the Easter weekend together. The garden is large and lots of space for children to play. They really enjoyed the snooker table, tennis court and swimming pool. The men caught a lot of fish. What impressed me is the fact that we could only check out at 4 o'clock on the last day. We will visit again in the future.

Was very nice and big with lots of facilities.
Big and spacious house. Clean. Is equipped with everything you may need. Added bonus of activities to keep you busy (i.e. pool table, dart board, tennis court). Great for the family weekend away.
We were a large group of people with small children and had an incredibly nice stay at Vaalium. The pool was nice and warm and the children had a great time swimming. There is also a nice big yard, so the children had a lot of fun cycling. The rooms are very spacious, neat and very clean. The bathrooms and kitchen are also very well maintained and clean. The cleaners are very friendly and considerate and cleaned the whole house daily. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Our stay was great, property is a little tired and could do with some maintanence esp kitchen and sticking bathroom doors, outdoor furniture also needs some maintanence but it was a good time spent with family. The games, dart board and pool table were not of the standard as advertised.
Friendly service and many pastime activities available. Nice private with good fishing facilities for a large group of friends under 1 roof.
