3 guests' feedbackRoom and outside area were not clean. Pool area was full of stumps and ashes from previous guests or guests next door. Guests next door smoked 24 hours. Air conditioner was leaking and teasing was they can't fix it now. Umbrella was broken. All the umbrellas at Grill room were also broken. Staff were generally helpful.
Baie great.
Great facility that is poorly maintained. Shower outlet was clogged. Cabinet door hinge was off. Brown stains in toilet. Aircon noises and rattles so you can't sleep. Bed too short for anyone over 6ft to sleep. Cracks in wall at room entrance. Sliding door to pool struggles to open. Environment bitterly untidy, e.g. cellar on the lodge's front porch. Food was no better than 2 star. So for service, maintenance they get a 3 star and cleanliness a 1.
