We had a great stay, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. Delicious hot shower water and milk in the fridge was a great treat. Uncle Riaan and his wife were very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely spend the night there again.

It is a very quiet and peaceful area, no unnecessary noise. The shower needs attention: The shower curtain is too short, not sufficient to prevent the water from splashing on the floor. Many of the shower head's holes are closed. Furthermore, we found the overnight facilities very good in room Hoep Hoep.

The people are very friendly and the place is very neat and tidy. Everything you want is available in the room. They might consider putting up a long mirror so that you can see what you look like when getting dressed. Instead of curtains, they might consider blinds as the light wakes you up at 5:00 in the morning.

I will definitely not stay at another place when I have to sleep over in Klerksdorp.
Riaan met us himself and did extra for us. It's a peaceful area and it was fantastic.
My husband had to bring me to the hospital, and I couldn't be admitted until 22h00. The owner accommodated us by allowing us to check in later (we didn't arrive until 8:30pm), and went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was. He even explained to us how to get to the hospital from the guesthouse.

Host even indicated where to get food in Klerksdorp. Even offered boiling water the morning of my departure as it was load shedding. Everything in the apartment was in place.
We recently moved to Cape Town and had to drive through with our car. Riaan was very accommodating and quick to respond to queries. He opened the gate immediately when we got there and we could very easily go out the next morning just after 04:00 by ourselves at the residence and gate. The room was very neat and welcoming. There was an oven/stove, kettle, small fridge, TV, roof fan, and even a light for load shedding. There was a multiplug with two-point plugs where you can charge your phone, as well as shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The milk and cookies were just the icing on the cake. We slept very well and there was dead silence in the area throughout the evening. Thank you very much for your hospitality, Riaan. The room is exactly what one needs on the way to Cape Town from Gauteng.

Very nice and quiet. Value for money. A work table would be nice to write on. Krugersdorp's load-shedding was a bit gaga. Had no power from 2pm to 11:40pm. Out of owner's control.
Riaan received me personally and kept me informed of what was happening in the town.

I arranged for my mother to spend the night on the way to Pretoria. They dropped her off at the City Bug in Klerksdorp the next day without further costs and left her car with them for a few days. Nice people who don't hesitate to help. Neat. clean and safe accommodation.
