3 guests' feedbackI experienced four days of grace, style and service in the beautiful Van Der Stel Manor. Ilzebet runs the guest house to a truly 5-star standard and service - with every possible bit of attention to detail - in the rooms, in the lovely furnished public spaces, the beautiful dining room and the magnificent breakfasts. The beautiful Cape Dutch style guest house is located in a lovely, cozy corner of Mostertsdrift and yet only 5 minutes from the central town area. Some of the highlights include delicious beds and pillows, softest bathrobes, continuous light during load shedding, fresh milk in the fridge, and a variety of breakfasts served in the finest tableware with style. Add a log fire in the winter and the picture is complete. Ilzebet is a great hostess and manager who goes the extra mile with dedication for her guests - and so Proud, who helps look after the guests, deserves a huge thumbs up. Van der Stel Manor will see me again for sure.
The breakfast was amazing (a Valentines Day breakfast). The gift was a wonderful gesture!
