It shares a bathroom fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The Ground Unit is furnished with a queen-size bed in each of the rooms. It has 2 bathrooms. The one bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. This unit also has a guest bathroom. The other bathroom is fitted with a shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is only a 2-plate gas stove and no oven in the upper level whilst the ground level has an oven.

Leading from each kitchen is a lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. There is also a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together.

Each level has its own patio with outdoor seating and braai facilities; however, the top level’s balcony also has a partial sea view. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. The location of this home is just a short distance from the beach as well as a local grocery store.

"Made my anniversary special."

We had an awesome, relaxing holiday at Vergezicht. Everything we needed was available. The beds were super comfortable. All we needed to take with was food and clothes. Everything else was available in the unit. A huge thank you to Marianne for making our anniversary special. We will definitely be coming back.
