Friendly host and everything was neat and clean.
Yes, nice stay. Was conveniently close to everything. Was a bit worried about car being full of luggage and not behind a gate.
Very cute cottage on the main street behind the coffee shop. Breakfast is at the coffee shop - very good coffee.

Lovely place, we were in rooms 1 and 3, which have a great terrace at the back to sit in sunshine (in photo). Bedrooms furnished really well. The person who welcomed us provided exceptional service and all the information we needed.

Not loads heading gear. Have to park on the street and carry bags far.
The silence and tranquility we experienced there was food for our souls. All our needs were catered for. We slept wonderfully on a very comfortable king-size bed with spotless bedding. The bathroom was furnished with enough clean towels. There was coffee, rooibos tea and black tea available, with fresh milk in the fridge, as well as a small container of cookies as a special bonus. The garden is beautifully maintained and very private. We can definitely recommend Via's B&B.
Comfortable room with everything needed. Breakfast and service were top notch. The owner had no problem with us checking in earlier. My husband and I took part in the MTB Pie Run, very wet and cold we arrived at them at 11 o'clock Saturday morning and immediately they took us in so we could shower and dress warmly. We definitely see again and again. Thanks again, agree with you you have the most beautiful beautiful woman by your side.
Matthew was very helpful and patient, had to change the date several times due to personal circumstances. The staff are friendly and make you feel very much at home. Room and setting lovely and peaceful and central that you can walk everywhere. The whole of Greyton was on their toes and we only got kindness! Restaurants' food at Abby Rose, delicious and for sure a stop you can make. Greyton, see you soon.
The room was lovely, Matthew the host was friendly and helpful. Well located in the heart of Greyton. Breakfast in the adjoining cafe was delicious. Highly recommend.

Good accommodation and very central.
It was very cold the night we were there and think an electric blanket would have been very welcome. The places are very nice and tidy and the bed sleeps wonderfully. There is underfloor heating, but it was not very effective. The breakfast was very nice and there was a lovely fireplace in the restaurant area. I can recommend it for sure.
They need to be better equipped for loadshedding.
Love Greyton, awesome for all outdoor experiences. We MTB and hiked and it is all there. Via gave a good size room with good heating and facilities. They even washed my bike after a muddy run on the trails. No issues with the accommodation. The breakfast and coffee however were below average, with competition levels so high in Greyton, this needs to be a focus area. We didn't even eat there on our last morning.
The room was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was prepared with care and beautifully presented.

Well appointed and comfortable room. Air conditioning in room was a plus as it was a very hot weekend. The only recommendation I have is to give the shower a more practical shelf for soap etc. to provide.
Via's is a beautiful guest house, with restaurant, in the center of Greyton, close to everything. There is a nice 'vibe' and the service is excellent.
Greyton is a beautiful town. Nice atmosphere. Via's is centrally located, walking distance to everything. Nice restaurants with good food.
And we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast at Via's.

We had a lovely stay, just what we wanted.
We had a wonderful stay. Matthew received and spoiled us. We parked on Friday and only drove the car again on Monday. Everything happens around Via's. The best coffee. Wonderful breakfast. And Ambiance is 4 places away that also serves excellent health foods. We will stay there again.

Many thanks to the owner and to Matthew. Both were there when we arrived we were immediately taken to our room. Neat and clean tucked away in the garden. Wonderfully quiet and private. Matthew explained everything to us and there was truly no mistake. Everything you need is in the room. There was even a heated towel rail! The owner and Matthew also went out of their way to help my husband with his bike box and its "courier". Beautiful place, delicious coffee and breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Only "weird" thing was the terribly low key holder to unlock the door!
Had a great time. Central and a lovely getaway. Room carpet had a few dirty spots which showed badly, but otherwise the room was painstakingly tidy.

Via's Guesthouse exceeded all our expectations and gave us a very good first impression of Greyton in general. The guest house itself was very tidy with very friendly staff who go out of their way to make an effort for their guests. They also have their own coffee roastery with excellent cappuccinos and flat whites!
I had heard so much about Greyton and was pleasantly surprised by the place so close to Cape Town. Via's location on the high street is absolutely ideal and it was lovely to have breakfast on the verandah in the morning whilst being able to see what is actually happening in Greyton. The rooms overlook a private garden that creates a pleasant atmosphere. All that bothered me in room 1 was the noise from the Deli's cold room which can be heard from the bathroom if you want to go to sleep at night.
Spacious and tidy room, nice sherry with reception, tidy bathroom and feel safe during stay. Also nice outside area to relax in with delicious breakfast as part of stay!
Via's is very central, close to restaurants and shops. Everything one could need is available in the rooms. We would definitely recommend Via's!

Very nice, comfortable, large room, neat, comfortable bed, DStv. We arrived, were welcomed by a very friendly owner. The room (room 4) was fantastically large and very comfortable. Breakfast is at the deli that is on the property. They have a fantastic eggs benedict among other things! There was another owner who was somewhat curt with customers at deli and with myself when I wanted to pay extras on my bill, but certainly not curt enough that I wouldn't recommend the nice little place to others. Feel free to stay here if you are looking for accommodation in Greyton!
Good location, tidy and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Could probably have a nice social time in summer, it was just really cold because the air conditioning doesn't function as a heater. Underfloor heating is patchy.
