Very nice view and nice warm stove for cold evenings in winter. Blinds on the stoep and a built-in braai also make the stoep nice for visiting on cold evenings. Very neat and clean.

Villa 176 @ Clarens is a beautiful place. It is neat and clean. The rooms are spacious and you have a beautiful view. You can go for a walk in the Golf Estate and enjoy a barbecue on the stoep. We were in Clarens for the first time for our wedding anniversary and really enjoyed it.
Lovely stay, stunning location close to surrounding places for sightseeing, hiking and shopping in the village. Enjoyed every minute of it!

The accommodation was absolutely amazing! From the location to the space itself, exactly as advertised. A major bonus: The villa has an inverter which made our stay even more pleasant (especially since it was stage 6 load shedding). Would definitely recommend this villa to all. The homeowners definitely go out of their way to make this place feel like a home away from home.

The Villa is perfectly located in the resort. The environment is very quiet and you can relax. The Villa is durable and very comfortable. All information was shared in advance to gain access to the resort and Villa. We will certainly use the Villa again on our next visit to Clarens!

I can't say anything negative about our stay. It exceeded my expectations and if we go to Clarens again I will definitely inquire here first. It is such a comfortable house and well equipped with more than one needs. The house's size is perfect for 4 people (you don't feel in each other's space all the time) and is also stylishly furnished. The view is beautiful and the veranda is perfect for sundowners. There are nice walking routes in the estate suitable for any fitness level. It wasn't cold when we were there but the place is definitely well equipped for the cold! What a pleasant way to kick off our holiday.

Relaxed on Friday, played golf on Saturday, ate out at Clementines which was perfect as always.
As usual, the visit and the accommodation were fantastic. If I can make one suggestion, to put in one gas plate with gas boiler for the morning coffee in the load shedding period.

With small children, this is the perfect place to go on holiday - it's safe, there are large open spaces for playing and nice walking routes to keep the little ones busy. Close enough to Clarens but far enough that it is dead quiet.
The unit has the necessary facilities and accessories and is comfortably and appropriately equipped. The location is well located, private but not too far from the shops and restaurants.

The Villa is ideally located, a little away from the hustle and bustle of the village, but with a lovely view over Clarens that makes you feel part of the town. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you could possibly need, and everything is new and of a high quality. No problems with check-in, picking up or dropping off keys - everything worked as arranged with us. Good communication by the owners. We go to Clarens regularly, and this is by far the best accommodation we have ever booked there. We will not stay anywhere else in Clarens in the future.

Just one thing: I will only put air conditioning in the one room which is on the lower floor. The room is bitterly cold and this will help a little. The upstairs room had air conditioning and a panel heater in it. That's about the only thing. Otherwise it was very nice and will definitely go there again if we can.

It is close to town, although not walking distance. Security good. All that was missing and inconvenient was what one considers absolutely standard in today's times: WiFi.

Irma's arrangements regarding access, keys etc. was convenient and hassle free. Villa 176 is a particularly neat unit, nicely upgraded and clearly very well maintained. The high quality appliances, beautiful furniture and certain fine luxuries also make it clear that the unit's owners have furnished it with taste for their own comfort. It was a privilege to be able to spend a weekend there!

I was very pleased with the villa and what is provided. I was there with my family. They even provided a few games for the family and a full DSTV suite. The fittings and furnishing are of a high quality, a home away from home. There is access to the golf course, great mountain views. It is a few minutes away from restaurants, art galleries and curio shops. It is a great place to stay for families vacating in Clarens and surrounding areas. Also easy to find as the golf estate is along the main road (R712). It is really centrally located for the region.

Villa 176 exceeded all my expectations. The unit is located in the secure Clarens Golf Estate and has a beautiful view of the town and mountains in the background from the lounge, porch and master bedroom. The Villa is tastefully furnished and the finishes in the unit are new and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with even a dishwasher for those who are lazy about washing dishes. The beds are of high quality and the lounge furniture sits comfortably. This all makes for a comfortable and convenient stay. We hit Clarens in a heatwave, so the only thing missing might have been a fan. I would recommend Villa 176 any day for accommodation in Clarens and would definitely go back myself!
Maybe just 1 thing that bothered a bit. We were there during the week and just wanted to spend the day sitting quietly on the porch and visiting. Garden services were around the house for most of the day. So had to sit inside. Other than that, it's really a very nice place. Will definitely recommend.
Only downside is that other people occupied the carport of Villa 176 all the time and we had to do without a carport.
