Villa 2113 San Lameer is a top-floor self-catering villa located in the secure San Lameer Estate overlooking the ponds and gardens on the San Lameer Estate. The San Lameer Estate is set on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal, and this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar, and direct access to 2 magnificent Blue Flag beaches. The impala and bushbuck walk freely past the villa on most days.

The villa can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The first bedroom is air-conditioned and contains a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is an enclosed balcony that contains 2 single beds that can accommodate 2 small children. The bathroom contains a shower-over-bath, a toilet and a washbasin.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and is fitted with a stove and oven, microwave, a fridge-freezer, and cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge contains a ceiling fan, and a TV with full DStv. Sliding doors open to a balcony with outdoor dining furniture, a built-in braai, and lovely views over the gardens and pond. The villa is serviced daily.

There are 2 large swimming pools on the estate near the hotel for guests to use, and water sport facilities are available at the lagoon, such as canoeing. There are also tennis and squash courts available on the estate and guests may hire the equipment to play the various sports. It is approximately a 15 minute walk or a short drive to the main beach through the scenic and beautiful estate.
