House Rules:1. Valid ID's for all persons staying - upon arrival at Santorini Beach Estate (16 and above)
2. No more than 4 persons allowed to be staying in the Villa (unless specified ie- an infant) Security will check up on this upon arrival, during the stay and on exit
3. No loud music, no acts of violence will be tolerated and security reserves the right to give the tenants a fine of R5000 which is payable by the tenants occupying the unit at the time. Security also reserves the right to remove persons from the property should any unlawful acts occur
4. Breakages deposit will be taken from the guest directly - this includes any breakages, damages to the property and utilities thereof
