I like it and I don't mind going there again.
We had a nice stay, except that the toilet seat was completely loose and so was the faucet in the one bathroom sink. There was a stain on the sheet. We reported the toilet seat and faucet, but haven't heard anything back about it. Very nice there, but unfortunately the place looks like it doesn't get much attention in terms of maintenance.
General maintenance are required. The aircon did not work. The bedside lamps were in horrible condition. The floor and curtains were dirty. The bedding had holes in it. The room smelled. The blinds were broken. Wifi connection was bad.
Reception was very good and friendly. Stay was good except the Saturday, as they had several events and it made stay very unpleasant. There are also no DStv channels, it is Openview and there is Netflix.
Accommodation spacious and VERY tidy. Breakfast excellent for the price. We were close to Menlyn Mall and 5 minutes from my daughter who we were visiting.
I think the place needs some paint and renovation. Our aircon was not nice. The faucets in the bathroom of room 12 were half turned on. We really struggled with the TV. Wanted to watch a movie on Netflix. And when we later wanted to check another one it said the WiFi was not working. Sp in summary - don't know if I would stay there again. Pool guests all without masks - sit poolside in public area.
I loved the environment and the customer service.
Struggling for 15 minutes to get the reservation, not booked under guest's name. Unit 7's toilet leaks and the aircon does not work. Children were knocking on the sliding doors around 02:00 in the morning. Very neat with a beautiful garden.

Breakfast could improve with more options. Would also help if breakfast could be served earlier.
Nice area. Near shopping center. Security was a single gate guard. Very dark on premises. The steam shower smelled like sewage 3 nights out of the number of days. After we left site for our next place in the cape we noticed that 2 of my wife's clothes were missing. We combed the room before we left the room.
Reception was friendly. Room okay but no international news channel. Breakfast only available at 7 am... too late. Room service slow and food was cold!
