This property can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms of which 2 area en-suite bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are furnished with a queen-size bed, of which one can be converted to 2 separate beds, and the bathrooms are fitted with either a shower or a bath and a shower. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. For guests’ convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
This living area opens onto a covered patio with an outdoor dining table and a built-in braai. This patio leads onto a lovely garden space with a sparkling swimming pool and sun loungers. There is a Jacuzzi available.
Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property. The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup inverter as well as a JoJo tank.

House rules
For security reasons, guests are not allowed to have any day visitors.The maximum occupancy for the Villa must be adhered to at all times. A penalty of R1000 per person will be imposed if this rule is not followed.
Music may be played at a reasonable level and must be stopped by 22:00. No loud music or noise is allowed.
Any parties or private functions are strictly not allowed.
Eden Rock Forest Estate reserves the right to evict guests that do not comply with this rule and a penalty of R2000 will be charged.
Please note that the breakage deposit is payable at least 2 days before arrival and it will be refunded within 3 days of departure.
