It is really a very comfortable unit, clean and tidy, air conditioning. We would have appreciated it, if it had been arranged with us in advance that we could enjoy dinner at Villa Danell. We had to look for a place to eat in a strange town.
Very friendly and dedicated hostess. Room very clean and tidy, a little on the small side for two people, otherwise everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hot and the nice chat with our hostess a bonus!
Despite load shedding, everything went well. The room felt somewhat cramped, but perfectly adequate for a single person. Ronell was helpful in recommending a place to eat and suggesting a place to get a flat tire replaced. Good breakfast.
I have travelled the length and breadth of South Africa, an American professor doing research, and this lodging experience sets a new standard for quality, safety, friendliness, cleanliness and comfort. Friendly hosts who go above and beyond, but also know when you need your privacy. Solid WiFi connection which is so essential. Highly recommend!
