Apartments very crowded, braai facilities uncomfortable if all the apartments are occupied. They send messages about complaints about your vehicle then it's not even your vehicle. Cleaners come at 8 in the mornings, so no staying up late while you're on vacation.

The unit is really modern and beautiful with a Smart TV and WiFi, visitors can comfortably activate Netflix, Showmax and DStv logins in unit. The unit is literally a few steps from the sea, the beach is clean and safe. The unit is clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice holiday. The lady who cleans may have a fixed time each day so that you can plan your day and not wait until 11 o'clock sometimes. There could be more braai areas and you have to pack light, you have to climb a few steps from the garage to the unit, but it's worth it! Big thanks to the owners who put so much love and effort into the unit!

Lovely quite Villa located on a wonderful place. Just a few steps away from the beach, you can actually see smell and hear the beach that’s how nice and close it is.
Beautiful unit with a lovely view. We really enjoyed the Tidal Pool and had a great time snorkeling. The new Lifestyle center has the cutest shops especially The Market with tons of places to eat! The unit is neat and the aircon in both rooms is a bonus! And Victorinox knives! We would have appreciated a coffee plunger and a fan in the living area. Prop24 is the managing agent of the unit. They require linen fee of R300, booking fee of R300, and deposit of R500 which we did not expect. Also a whole lot of paperwork and body corporate rules etc that have to be signed. Overall, a lovely break and we would love to stay here again!
The apartment is very nice and clean, cleaners friendly and professional. Although the sea view is only partial, it is still beautiful. However, the administrators, PROP 247 are inaccessible and disappointing. There is a long lease to be signed and returned, proof of address even to be provided, despite the fact that we paid the full amount up front. There was no inventory and defects we reported received no attention. We were there for two weeks, and the night before we left to go back home, someone showed up to apparently check on the lights that weren't working. We ended up having to drive to their offices to ask for an inventory as well as a remote control so we could reach the beach. However, a R500 damage deposit as well as a R300 administration fee was still insisted on. The contract also threatens fines, which is ridiculous. We will never stay there again, not because the place is not beautiful, but because Prop 247's actions.
Very happy with the location of the units as it is almost on the beach. Safety is of the utmost importance to me and there is plenty of it. I would just like to see a lot more braai areas as the braai place has to accommodate too many people in my opinion.
DStv was advertised as part of the package, when we arrived we were told, sorry, no DStv, in a take it or leave it manner, which was not a great start to the holiday.

We had an amazing stay, had very nice sea views, with all the dolphins, whales and marine life we could see from the balcony. Everything was clean and tidy. Will definitely want to come here again. Only one problem, the garage is very small and our vehicle could not fit, vehicle had to stand outside.

It is perfect accommodation for a family, especially with young children. It's on the beach and no trouble to go to the beach for shorter periods with small children who still sleep during the day. It's also a very peaceful beach because it's not a swimming beach, and also makes it ideal for small children who only play in the sand and shallow water. Very neat unit, we had a great stay!

The only negative thing we could point out is that we stayed over 5 days and bed sheets were not changed. To top it all, we were supplied with one toilet roll, meaning you have to buy your own. Other than that, everything was lovely thought their garages were too narrow for big cars.
Everything you need for a holiday apartment. The only problem I had was to park my car in the garage - it's way too narrow and my car had to stay outside. What about covered parking?
Even though it was a very nice holiday on the beach, I have to say the parking in the complex is way too little. There isn't enough parking space for your trailer and it is very frustrating trying to find people in the complex who parked in front of your garage. Otherwise a very nice holiday.

Will recommend it to friends. Out of season rates are good value for money. Small things could be better, like the tin opener that doesn't work and the sink's outlet is slow/needs attention. Very nice stay.

Relaxing atmosphere and nice place if you just need to chill!
The only problem was the stairs as we are pensioners and my wife has knee problems.
The time was nice. Very peaceful and no problems. The unit could do with a swimming pool but does not rely on the space. The cleaners of the unit also did not arrive. Furthermore, it was a very nice time. Thank you.
It said there is DSTV family view. There weren't 101 or 201, so we couldn't watch the rugby. No aircon worked! They didn't come to clean on Saturday, even though they confirmed they would! I tried to get hold of Karen and Kathy on the Saturday, both phones were off.
