Very clean and tidy. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
My husband slept there because I was in the hospital. He says it's a very neat place and very conveniently close to the hospital.

I was very impressed with Villa Gracia's service. All information was communicated in advance via Whatsapp. The room was so beautiful, modern and extremely clean! The guest house is quiet and very safe. Thank you very much for a very nice stay.
We had a very nice stay. Only 2 things that bothered me a bit: Because the room was through frosted glass, the outside porch light bothered me a bit during the night. Looked like daylight in the room. And then an extra coffee and sugar would have been nice. But apart from that it was really very neat and clean.
As we were reconnecting with family in Klerksdorp and didn't want to travel back to JHB I was looking for good, clean, modern accommodation and came across Villa Gracia Guesthouse. After reading the reviews and even though it was more expensive, it looked lovely. The interaction from the guesthouse was something I have never experienced before. Wonderful pamphlet sent via Whatsapp with all the information kept us up to date with load shedding etc. and hosts were most apologetic when the lights kept tripping at breakfast. We were offered Room No 8 which was wonderful and spotless. The only thing I could fault was no hand towel which I am sure was an oversight. Would highly recommend it.

Very neat place, breakfast was very tasty and ample parking for a large car.
We had to call the number of the guest house to gain access, after which we had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to open. Despite the fact that the other gate was right by our units, I was not allowed to pull my car to the other side. The young man who received us did not introduce himself. We stood alone in the dining room and waited until he brought forms on which we had to write all our reservation data. We could hardly hear him and he struggled to understand us. The rooms were at first glance very neat. My unit smelled extremely musty upon unlocking and I turned on the air conditioning. The dinners that were in the fridges were really not worth R250! Chicken schnitzel was tasty, but the spinach was hopelessly TOO salty, while the potato chips and crumbled mushrooms were 'soggy' after the fridge and microwave and again not enough salt. There was only one small envelope of salt in the tray with no ketchup, pepper or dressing. The fresh garden salad was just some fine lettuce leaves with some tomato and onion, wrapped in smooth wrap and without any seasoning. The shocker - when I opened the bathroom door that night, I realized where the smell was coming from! The sink and shower drains were both clogged and the smell was unbearable. The sink wouldn't drain at all and the shower mess pushed up when I turned on the faucet. I took a shower at a friend's house. The same man, when asked, said that the owner was not available at any time. He just said that he would check when we left. We told him about the meal, the safety and the bathroom and asked that the owner would call us with feedback, which has not happened yet. As for security, other guests came in with their remotes during the evening and the gate takes a few minutes to start closing again, with no security or cameras at the gates. This creates a chance for anyone to walk in from the street or drive in themselves. The guest house is also located next to a very busy dual carriageway with a lot of traffic noise. The pool was then for use. Unfortunately, we will not use the guest house again.
The room we were booked into had an issue with the aircon, as most of the rooms were booked we were put into an upgraded suite immediately. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very neat and tidy.
