When clients book please check whether they can get into a bath - some people with disabilities or artificial hips and knees can't get into a bath! We weren't shown the WiFi password and we only realised that it was stuck on the back door when we closed the door a few hours later.
The room we got this time could not be compared to the previous 3+ times.

Well located near several shopping centers and nurseries, close to the N4 and N1 highways, yet in a quiet peaceful environment. Very reasonable rates, delicious breakfast, and the friendliest hostesses. Room has everything needed, and our room opened onto a lovely little garden with lots of shade.
A quiet location, with friendly people. Safe parking and neat rooms.
I can highly recommend Villa Jana to any traveler. It's good value for money and exceptionally friendly service. We slept well in a peaceful and safe environment. The breakfast and especially the coffee was excellent! You will see us again for sure.
We could only check in at 7 o'clock in the evening due to our own circumstances, yet they were friendly and helpful, really great, nice rooms, beautiful garden, would recommend them anytime.

We never stay at a place other than Villa Jana if we're in Pretoria! Hospitality, breakfast, rooms, neatness etc. all top notch! You are fantastic!
Villa Jana Guesthouse is well located. The staff is professional and very helpful.
We stayed in Villa Jana after a function. The service was excellent, and the facilities were neat and comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like was that there were people sitting outside smoking and it was blowing towards our room.
Some of the guests partied until 05:00 Sunday morning without giving a moment's thought to the other guests. Totally uncalled for and unfortunately I won't stay here again.
The toilet leaked and filled up continuously. The shower water selector gave extremely hot or cold water. There were three side table lamps with 2 pin plugs and not fittings. We could not use one of them and had to get out of bed to switch the main light off. The noise of the gate opening which had an ongoing bell was very disruptive.
Staff excellent and very helpful.
Our room was close to the kitchen. They are very noisy early in the morning.
