The units each have a lovely patio area which has an outside table and braai facilities. Braai wood will be provided.
The Main House upstairs comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms and 3 balconies that wrap around the house. Two of the bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is a double sleeper couch in the lounge area. Each bathroom has either a shower or a bath, or both. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and the large entertainment area has an indoor braai area, a pool table, and a pizza oven.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the nearby activities which include fishing, cycling, swimming, bird watching, mountain biking, and tennis.

Our group of girlfriends definitely chose the most ideal place to feel extremely pampered for a weekend! We lived in the main house and so enjoyed and appreciated every fine detail of the decor and beautiful, stylish house. Everything was great, from Amanda's hospitality on arrival to us walking out of the modern lobby next to the fresh big bunch of flowers. It was lovely, thank you, see you again for sure!
The property is neat and very practical. The location is very close to the coastal walk, which we enjoyed. Everything that we needed was provided. The host was very helpful. Definitely one of our favourites.

We had a very nice 4-night stay in Kleinmond.
It was a pleasant stay. We were welcomed and felt very welcome every time we entered the neat living space. Beds of good quality. The unit was also well supplied with coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and even chocolate. Large selection of kitchen equipment and enough cutlery, etc.

This is absolutely a gem of a place. Walking distance from the sea, in a peaceful environment. Everything needed is there. DSTV, WiFi, lights that stay on during load shedding are a plus. With many other extras, you just want to stay there. Hostess always available. Will definitely come again.
Love the little villa in Kleinmond. The staff was friendly and it was great value for money. However, personally, I would rather book the main house or the upstairs unit on my next visit.
Villa Le Roc was really perfect and fixed with so much care. Every room so beautiful! There was everything we needed with all the extras that other places don't necessarily have such as enough coffee/tea/sugar/milk and delicious biscuits - even nespresso pods and chocolates. And of course the pizza bases in the freezer were a great treat! The bed linen and towels of the best quality. Beautiful verandas with views of the sea. Can't wait to go again!

We stayed in unit 2, which is very spacious, beautifully renovated and exceptionally clean. The unit offers everything you would need for a travel destination. Loadshedding was not a problem either. We will most certainly be back.
The accommodation was lovely and conveniently close to the ocean, had all the amenities, and will definitely be coming back again.
We were downstairs and upstairs were two families with children and had visitors on the Friday night and they were terribly noisy until after midnight. We have been in many guest houses and all of them usually put a big note on the fridge that after 22:00 other guests must be considered with rage. I am not exaggerating when I say that they are terribly noisy Try to soundproof the two lower units at the inner doors and sit please. a big note on the fridge. Furthermore, we were happy.
Everything you need is there. Will definitely go there again in the future.
This apartment is luxurious and very good value for money. The hostess has thought of everything and even a coffee machine is provided. One of the best units we have ever stayed in.

A spacious, well-thought-out home which can comfortably accommodate a large group of guests. Tastefully decorated and offers all the comforts of your own home. Can highly recommend it.
We stayed in one of the units on the ground level and felt wonderfully pampered - from chocolates, to biscuits and a Nespresso machine. The units are spacious and stylish with a small covered braai area with picnic bench at the back door. It would have helped if the house was fenced because then the children would also be able to play in the front garden without worrying that they might run into the street. The sea is only a block away and the coastal path is used by many people, it just has a very cozy atmosphere. Each room has lights that turn on when load shedding kicks in and the WiFi remains available. Definitely repeatable!
Stayed in a 2-bedroom unit. Tastefully appointed and provides an astonishing range of kitchen equipment. Particularly appreciated the provision of a gas stove for periods of load shedding. Immaculately clean. Great location a few steps from the rocky shore where you find thriving fynbos and crashing waves. (Minor issues that I will take up with the host. Nothing that should deter anyone).
Very neat and tasteful, with unexpected extras. Close to the sea and nice for walking. Accommodation was nice for visiting. Extra fan or cooling would have been a bonus.
Got there late on Friday. Delicious barbecue even though it was raining. Everything provided as mentioned in advertisement. Will stay there again if we visit Kleinmond again.

There is a beautiful walking trail along the sea. Kleinmond is close enough to Betty's Bay and Hermanus for fun adventure.

We were a group of seven hikers that did a multiday hike in the area and decided we would glamp-out for one night. Absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Le Roc for one night only - unfortunately! Contains everything and more you would need. The little details are evident everywhere, making one's stay extremely comfortable and pleasurable. Would recommend this facility to anyone. Just one small tip: A brochure about the area and what there is to do (such as walking and cycling routes) would be very useful. Maybe also more information about the plant and marine life of the area to enhance the Kleinmond experience.
