We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Mia, it is perfectly located to explore St. Lucia with great restaurants within a 2-minute walk. The hosts were friendly and accommodating and the apartment was well equipped, clean and had a great, modern interior. We will definitely be back!
Yes, great stay. Location is fantastic! WiFi was unavailable and would be appreciated, but not a requirement. The house is very neat and clean.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. There is also a balcony with a view of the swimming pool, a back porch with spacious braai facilities and a large dining table and sofas. The kitchen, dining room and living room are quite spacious in an open plan with DSTV. All that is still lacking is a WiFi facility. Really value for money.

Villa Mia is very conveniently located. Town is very quiet and Villa Mia is walking distance to everything except the beach, but one can understand that. I have no complaints. Nice house with good location and swimming pool. Close to shops and eateries that are convenient. A gas stove would definitely be an asset if the power is out to cook.

Not luxurious but very comfortable and good value for money. They should please just make a plan that there is water in the taps when there is loadshedding, a small generator for the pressure pump is not too much to ask.
Vir ons as bejaardes was dit te raserig. Dit is loop afstand van alles, wat 'n plus punt is. Sou net graag wou sien dat daar beter voorbereiding vir loadshedding is. Daar is geen gasstofie of ligte vir as die krag af is nie. Ons het ook geen inligting ontvang oor die tye wat dit loadshedding sou wees nie. Verder was dit heel lekker.
The unit was dirty, the aircon did not work, we got loadshedding without any equipment, no candle or light, when the power is off there is also no water, the people told us because our car is not in the parking area, we have to stop outside the gates. No, it was night, never again.
The place is secured, clean, with nice view, and well maintained.

Please check bedding, are worn and curtains musty. No ice trays in fridge. Towels may be exchanged more. Emergency lights not working in apartment. Cleaners only clean upstairs. Only had coffee mugs to rinse and then sweep and dust apartment and clean bathroom.

Because of the power problem the unit had no water as an electric pressure pump is used to pump water from the tank to the units. The power was off from 16:00 on Sunday until Tuesday afternoon and only came on for very short periods. In most cases when it arrived we were not at home or it was during the night. I don't know what solution there is, but it was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
Around the unit and inside was not very clean, dust and sand lay everywhere in and in front of the doors and on the porch, the garden does need some attention, from long grass around the pool to dead branches hanging in trees and sides that are not has not been reworked. The water in the bath takes a very long time to drain, must be blocked, ceiling in the kitchen comes loose and bugs and sand fall everywhere on the sink, small gate at the reception remains open, everyone walks in and out as they please, no security.

The apartment is very comfortable. Nice pool and area around the pool nice and clean. On the main street of St Lucia - walking distance to shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Braai and patio area also well equipped. Value for money. We had a nice stay.

It is truly a nice place to stay. Aunt Sarie was very friendly and we were even surprised with a bottle of champagne and chocolates, because we were on our honeymoon. The place is located on the main street and walking distance from almost everything. There are also daily cleaning services which definitely make things easier. What I would suggest is a washing machine in the unit or even a communal washing machine, but other than that there are no complaints. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you very much!

Villa Mia 12 is a well-equipped 6 bed self-catering apartment close to town. However, there are small things that need attention. Furthermore, it is very safe and we were in constant contact with the drivers. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely go again.

The location of the place is right in the town so it's walking distance from everything. There is air conditioning if it is very hot and the kitchen is well equipped. The shower only spills a little water which could perhaps be improved. Furthermore, everything is very neat and clean and there was someone to clean there every day.
It's close to everything in town, but the early morning noise bothers you a bit if you want to sleep in.
No towels were provided. I don't recall any mention of this when we booked, but that may be my mistake. Surprised that for security purposes, the single gate at the entrance was not locked on an evening.
Both the bath and shower leaked badly leaving a pool of water on the floor. The noise from the street below was excessive and kept one awake at night. Future travellers should note that no towels, tea or sugar or soap were supplied. Very friendly caretaker though.

It was tidy and clean. There was a problem with the bath. We reported it, but nothing was done. Otherwise we had a good stay. Cleaning service always on time. Supervisor is kind and helpful. We will go there again.
Villia Mia 12 is a clean and nice place. Everything you need is there. We were kindly welcomed by the caretaker and he is very helpful. It was nice to stay there. The unit is also very well equipped with kitchen, lounge and bathroom furniture.
The place is on the main street, nice view and monkeys make it fun, beautiful pool, but bunker beds full of cobwebs, then the cutlery is half washed and has food stuck to it, but is stored in cupboards. Second room no fan or aircon and living room fan doesn't work either. Aircon makes terrible noise and I don't believe the balcony and chairs have been washed at all in the last 3 months. Shower leaks terribly, so floor is soaked after every shower. Would be a lovely place for 6 people over all sleeping accommodation but needs a lot of attention.

Very nice stay, place is close to als. Caretaker was very unprofessional, luckily didn't have much to do with him. Only problem is that it is not indicated anywhere that it is cash only, the caretaker simply told me to walk to withdraw and then there was not even cash in the ATM. There were also no towels in the place. Will definitely stay there again as I now know what to expect.

We were kindly received and the caretaker even called to see if everything was OK when we were still on our way when we still weren't there at the time we said we would be. He waited for us and immediately greeted us. The apartment was already unlocked and windows and everything open, he is really very hospitable and helpful. You really only need food and bathroom necessities, everything else is there. The water is always hot and everything works in place, no problems. We have already introduced other people to stay there, they are going to book in December.
Villa Mia is a place to chillout and is at its best safe, clean and prosperous.
We checked in at 2 o'clock on Friday afternoon. Was surprised by cute place to stay. Was dusty but neat though. Have a nice time.
Slightly disappointed in that there were no towels, soap or toilet paper.
The only 'problem' we had was that there were no towels or soap provided. This should be placed more clearly in the ad. The porch was never cleaned and we had to wash the chairs on the porch ourselves to be able to sit there. A cheap bar of soap in the sink can only lighten the case if you get there tired from driving and you want to wash your hands and face.
Just enough for a family of 4. Will definitely be returning and everything was clean and neat. Had a nice time!
The apartment needs maintenance, damp ceiling and water drips from the fan and there is water damage in the kitchen cabinet. Apart from that, the apartment is spacious and can easily sleep six. The decor theme had a nice flow and created a homely atmosphere. For a self-catering unit it is also well-equipped with a nice picnic table in the braai area. It is close to shops and restaurants as well.
