I would recommend Villa Mia 15 to anyone. It is a very nice place to stay.
Comfortable and clean. Perhaps a little dark down stairs.
The owner never responded quickly before we arrived. After we arrived at the gate, we waited for over 30 minutes. The owner kept saying someone would come and open the gate, but it took many calls before they arrived. Once we entered the property, the toilet was running non-stop and the sink was broken. Additionally, the air conditioning was uncontrollable and ran constantly, making it impossible to sleep throughout the night. After I lodged a complaint, the toilet was fixed the following evening.
Apartment is well equipped and centrally located. Got good advice on places to eat nearby. They should pay more attention to polite reception.
The apartment is in the center of the town and many staples. All shops within walking distance. Aircon works well and kitchen has everything needed. There is a swimming pool in the complex.
We had a very nice stay, no complaints.
Unfortunately, most of our crockery and cutlery had to be washed before we could use them. It was washed, but definitely not clean. The boiler was black inside and had to be replaced. The drying rack for clothes is falling apart. The master bedroom's bedside lamps did not work. Very nice place to stay and tidy. This should be sharpened up a bit please. Wouldn't stop me from wanting to stay there again.

Apartment well furnished. Refrigerator did not cool, but Sarie immediately attended to our complaint. Air conditioner works great. The block of flats is very noisy, especially the gate which is occasionally opened at night. No guest pets are allowed, although there is a puppy, which has taken over our apartment - probably a permanent resident's puppy. The apartment is a few seconds walk to main street.
Unit has recently been redone and has air conditioning. Neat.
Unfortunately some negatives include somebody's dogs using the access to the unit as a toilet and the alley was not kept clean.
It's the second time I'm in no. 15. Sarie is a real stalwart and helped me stay another night after we experienced a car problem. Thanks Sarie!
I recommend Villa Mia 15 to any family! It's walking distance to restaurants and shops. The unit is very neat and has everything you need. Will definitely book again!
It suited our purpose, was clean and comfortable. Will take own braai tongs though the 2 tongs in the kitchen was not working.
Was a good vacation, and good unit.
We had a nice stay at Villa Mia, but one room did not have a door and this caused discomfort for the women when they had to change clothes. The overhang of the porch of the unit above no. 15 leaked so much water that we as a family could not comfortably visit or eat there. It was mentioned to the lady responsible as well as to the factotum, but heard without emotion. My feeling is that attention should be paid to that overhang. Probably not the owner's duty, but rather the trustees or management firm.
We enjoyed it. A few changes could be made, but it was definitely worth it. Ceiling fans in rooms are required. Indoor activities will be appreciated, such as pool or chess.

I found a far better venue which was much cleaner with bright rooms and good facilities at that price.
We were disappointed with the apartment building's hollow sound echoing through the building, residents were loud and fighting. Since we were under the impression that it was a special offer, we expected more from the place. Safe cannot open.
Very nice stay, air conditioning worked, we had a good barbecue and swimming, think it was worth a lot more than what we paid. All problem was the bathroom, the toilet and sink are very low and terribly uncomfortable but usable, I must say I'm a big man. I will go there again.
Villa Mia 15 is very basic accommodation. Kitchen is lacking cloths or sponges to wash dishes and wipe counters. I had to go out and buy in order to do dishes. Rooms could do with an upgrade and air conditioner was not working properly.
