The house was clean. Cleaner was very friendly and cleaned the apartment every time.
Nice place, just sorry for other units that don't have rules. Children were running around and making terrible noise. People were horribly smoking, making noise and fighting, and you could hear everything in the unit. The bathroom could be updated; the shower in the tub is short and cannot be used as a shower. Xolile is a very friendly and helpful lady and cleans well.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the evenings sleeping in a quite safe area.
It was neat and clean. An upgrade is needed, especially the kitchen cupboards. The living area is already small and gets cluttered with oversized living room set and an old second fridge that is not working. There is luckily an aircon that eases the heat.
Had a great stay, the place needs some renovation, but other than that it was nice.
Maybe because I enjoy St Lucia so much I overlook the smaller things, all I can really complain about if it is something to complain about is that there was no can opener in the unit. Otherwise very good and tasty!
Excellent accommodation pool was clean and unit was serviced daily. Gerda was very pleasant and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
The dark corridor into which the back doors of each unit lead is very bad. I understand that's how it's designed, but I believe just painting it white and therefore making it lighter is going to help a lot. I grilled it.
Very quiet and close to everything. Gerda is a very friendly hostess.
It's a fantastic place for families to holiday.
We really enjoyed it, everything was located very close.
Shower and bath: the faucet separating the bath and shower was broken. No cleaning services for Sunday. Norma was not there when checking in. Had to wait. Also didn't know that we don't check out until Monday. Said will arrange cleaning service for Sunday. Not done.
Accommodation was up to standard and very neat.
It was nice and Villa Mia is well located. Walked in the evening to eat and Spar is just around the corner.
The taxi's kept on making a noise in the street and we got no rest. There were also parties across the road. There is therefore no peace in the apartment. Would not recommend it or stay there again.
