We had a great stay, a few suggestions: WiFi is definitely lacking, keep up with the times. There must be alternative cooking methods that can be used during load shedding. The sofa bed is definitely not sufficient for two adults. There is not enough clothing space/storage space for the two extra adults' clothes etc. not.
We have been going to Villa Mia for 20 years. My children all learned to swim in that pool. It's the perfect place, which doesn't go overboard with the price per night and it's close to everything.
Bad if there is also no water when the power is off. Especially for 30 hours. More than enough cutlery and lights to make load shedding easy - clean - just some cockroaches flying in. A bit small braai place because the braai is broken, but a wonderful stay. The caretaker is friendly and helpful. If I may make a suggestion; maybe 2 decent mats that can fit on the sleeper couch that can just fit on top of the closet in the bedroom if 4 people sleep there. Inflatable mattress for 14 days is quite rough and the sleeper couch is too hard at the top to sleep on alone.
The place was close to everything, we could walk everywhere.

We were happy, other than that there was no globe in the bed side lamp and the duvet was lumpy.
Nice stay. Aircon in open room out of order. Decent griller will improve the value.

WiFi would be nice. Air con in kitchen needs mending. Door to verandah could use a sun blocker.
We will stay at Villa Mia 9 again for a holiday.
I would suggest that you think about setting up a place at Villa Mia for the guests like some pool tables and arcade games for the kids just something to do when it rains because we couldn't really watch TV. Because of the rain, the reception was bad.
There was a Harley Davidson bike rally that assembled at the nearby restaurant that played loud music and the revving of the bikers that went on late till the morning hours which disrupted our sleep. This is no fault of Villa Mia, we also had a biker that parked in our parking, so we pushed the bike forward so we could park our vehicle. The duvet inner needs to be replaced. We requested wifi availability but had no response from Odette.
Bathroom is shared, can enter from room and kitchen so just tell everyone when you go, because you can only walk into the bathroom, one door can't lock and the other is just a closet door.
Villa Mia exists to offer self-catering accommodation to guests visiting St. Visit Lucia. Apartment 9 is on the first floor and you walk into the apartment from the drive-in/parking area. The apartment is well maintained and equipped. It has a balcony, is newly painted, battery charged lights to use during load shedding. Freezer does smell fishy, but could improve with charcoal in it.
No sheet for sleeper couch, dirty blanket and duvet in cupboard, no cleaner service.
Will definitely use Villa Mia 9 again.
Our stay was pleasant in lovely surroundings.
