The open-plan kitchen and living area are situated on the ground floor; the fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and contains an undercover oven and a hob, a microwave oven, a fridge, as well as a washing machine and a tumble-dryer. The open-plan lounge has underfloor heating, seating to relax on, a 6-seater dining table and a gas fireplace.
