Villa Royale 1011 is a lovely self-catering apartment set inside a secure complex in Sheffield Beach. The complex is within easy reach of the beach, shopping centres, and a number of attractions.

This tenth-floor apartment accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and affords guests stunning views of the sea. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and third bedroom a double bed and share the use of a bathroom fitted with a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and a tumble-dryer. Additional facilities include TV in each bedroom and lounge with Netflix, air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi and under cover parking. Additional parking bays are available in the complex and is only suitable for small vehicles.

Villa Royale is situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views.

This is a residential complex and has a no-noise policy, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The accommodation currently does not experience power outages such as load shedding.

We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's. To book at Villa Royale paperwork is required at least 48 hours prior to occupation, namely copies of all adult's ID documents, booking forms with vehicle registration numbers of tenants and guests.
