This 7th-floor apartment offers lovely views of the sea and accommodates 6 guests. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed while the third bedroom has twin single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers. Bath towels are provided, but beach towels are only provided for bookings of 3 nights or more.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, tumble drier and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi and a smart TV are available. Guests can use their own login details for Netflix, DStv, etc.
The lounge and main bedroom have air conditioning. The unit has a single garage and there is additional parking for a second vehicle. We regret the parking bays are not suitable for large vehicles.

The complex has a communal braai area and swimming pool for guests to make use of.
Extremely steep walk down to the beach from the pool area in the complex, and an alternative path to the beach in the parking bay on the south side of the complex. Villa Royale is situated on a cliff with wonderful sea views.

13 guests' feedbackThe unit is really stunning. But like in the other reviews, aircon in December would be a must. The views are beyond amazing. We all loved the place. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bathrooms are stunning and the bedrooms as well.

Great stay, great location. You will need to drive or walk for a beach swim. The only down side to these units is the that the parking is shocking if you drive a big car - no space to turn and maneuver. And that you need to braai below at the pool. The vibe is good, but the up and downing if you forget something for your braai isn't great.
False advertising - told us there was aircon - but nothing!
Security was top notch, will definitely use Villa Royale again.
The apartment is very neat and well equipped. The noise from the upper level was very inconvenient. The parking is only suitable for small vehicles.
Totally too much paperwork to do and photos pretend to be what they are not.
Villa Royal can pay attention to the pool's water quality. Color is not attractive. Apartment and grounds are very clean, tidy and safe.
The description given for Villa Royale 703 is very vague. It is not said to be flat on the 7th floor, although it is Villa Royale 703, it could just be the name of the flat and not necessarily the location of the flat. One does not feel safe walking in the narrow corridors to get to the apartment, there is only a glass railing to offer you protection and if you have two small children it is quite a nerve-racking experience to be in that to walk corridors. We struggled to find the apartment because no one who could help us could help us. The communal braai area is photographed in such a way in the photos that it looks like it is located nearby and is easily accessible, but it is not like that at all, it is a bit of a walk if you are on the 7th floor . The photos are taken in such a way that it looks more attractive than it is. It's a shame because it's a very nice apartment and the description and photos do it a huge disservice.
This accomodation provides everything you need, very clean, nice swimming pool, walking distance to beach. We spotted dolphins from window. Service unpersonal however, for example: we needed to get the keys a 15 minute drive from the accommodation.
Cleaning service limited! No dishwasher! Furniture dirty! Pillows in bedrooms sweaty!
