The third bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and interleads to the fourth room furnished with 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share the use of an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, basin, and toilet. Crisp linen and towels are provided.

The air-conditioned kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities, and features a centrally located breakfast island with stools.
