Scenery and activities are awesome. However, the double bed is very uncomfortable. I recommend that it be replaced, and also WiFi be installed.

My stay was nice. We enjoyed everything there. That place is very nice and clean, even though it is far from Durban. But we really enjoyed our stay. The problem is that we booked for 2 nights, but we only stayed for one night because we had a transportation breakdown. We had to check in at 14:00 on Saturday instead of Friday.
Complained to the manager, Corrie. Terrible place, from all the places I have been to. Beds were terrible and broken (replaced on saturday morning), place smelled bad, and bedding was smelly. Cockroaches in flat 9, cupboards broken, doors don't lock, gates falling apart, all rusty and seized (request q20 from corrie). Pots and pans were dirty. Checked cutlery and crockery, and notified Corrie on the shortages, and it was still not resolved when we checked-out.
Brilliant spot right on the beach and a lagoon. Good fishing, I'm told. Good swimming spots and two tidal pools within walking distance. Superette with just about anything you could need, bottle store, and take away also in walking distance. The unit itself is decent. Just bear in mind you get what you pay for. Unit 3 is dated, but it's functional and doesn't detract from the comfort. Two of the mattresses were paper thin; luckily, we didn't need them as a family of 4. Bring your own beach and bath towels, cleaning stuff for the kitchen and bathroom, including extra toilet paper. Units are not serviced. The unit has wood borer, so watch out if you bring valuables that could be eaten by borer. Also, bring roach and mosquito repellent. My only real annoyance was the shower over bath; you know the drill, it's narrow, and those darn shower curtains are like magnets to your skin!
Not too private, units too close to each other, no WiFi, and units in need of maintenance. Plus point is the walking distance to the beach and the quiet neighbourhood.
It was everything I expected and more.
