Villa Simondium is a double-storey thatched self-catering house located in the secure Deltacrest Country Estate, which is an equestrian estate that lies in the centre of the beautiful Franschhoek and Stellenbosch vineyard region, and adjacent to the prestigious Solms-Delta wine farm.
The house can accommodate up to 6 adults with 2 children and comprises 4 bedrooms, an upstairs TV lounge, and a spacious downstairs open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs. The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an open-plan en-suite with a bath, a washbasin, and an enclosed toilet. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed. This room has use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin. These 2 rooms open to an upstairs lounge area with seating and a flat-screen TV.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located downstairs, and open onto an outdoor area. The third bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, toilet, and twin washbasins. The fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds suitable for chidlren only. This room has use of a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, a stove and oven, a breakfast bar with stools, and a scullery area. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The cosy lounge features ample seating and a fireplace.
The living area has doors on 2 sides opening to the outdoors, and a lovely covered patio with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers. The patio leads to a sparkling swimming pool area, which in turn leads to a second covered patio with a picnic bench, and a fire pit area with seating.

There are to be no more than the arranged number of guests in the house (children and babies included).The house may not be occupied by anyone other than the renter and pre-approved guests.

At no time can guests deny staff access to the house.
Our pool is unprotected - at no time can children be left unattended.
No events are allowed, big or small. Your stay will be terminated if this is not adhered to.
All music was turned down by 23:00.
Damaged goods will be charged at cost, please let us know if anything is damaged when you leave. Any lost keys will be charged for.
Disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
The owners reserve the right to terminate the stay if any conditions are not met.
