Your website gives a very false impression of your facility. We were not informed that the pool was empty and your photo's give the impression that you are close to the sea. A coffee/tea station in the room would be something to consider going forward. Your range of TV channels is not satisfactory at all. More DSTV channels would have been appreciated. Spacious parking bays would be something to consider too. Water pressure in shower needs attention.

The room was clean but very small. I expected a little more for the price. Breakfast was very basic and the sausage was burned. When I arrived it was load-shedding and they did not provide for that. Maybe in the future when you know it's load-shedding, put some flasks with hot water in the rooms. No Wi-Fi code.
The rooms are really very clean, I have OCD and for me it was excellent. One cannot put words to the hospitality. Location of Villa Tropicana is perfect. They will definitely see us again. Excellent reference from LekkeSlaap. You can keep them on your website with peace of mind!

The arrival was very difficult, no answer to bell outside gate, mobile phone is not answered then either. I later used the horn to get service. The lady who received me did not know of my arrival, and it appeared as if I had inconvenienced her. The breakfast is only served from 08:00 and I asked for a packed lunch that I can take with me. When I came back later from dinner there was a plate of cold breakfast in my room which I am not prepared to eat. The room has a very musty, slightly musty smell.
Amenities were very good. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and big. Breakfast was good. Pool was clean and lovely. Friendly reception and good value for money.
You simply won't get better value for money. Unit was neat and clean. Free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was fantastic. Feel free to book and see why!
My wife and I agree that Villa Tropicana was good value for money, the family unit was clean and we were happy about the safety aspect because we have children.
Clean friendly and adequate, very friendly hosts, will stay there again. Only comment: showers are better than baths and perhaps, a candle or torch for when there is load shedding. Breakfast was good.

The place is very good for traveling guests. Very spartan, but very useful. Will use again if I were to travel. Unfortunately no braai facilities.

Very friendly people, we were able to check in before 2 as we were there for business and again had to be on the road before 2 and wouldn't be back at the guest house until late, place was nice clean and tidy food was top notch, I will definitely recommend the guest house!
