Our stay was great overall. The only things I would like to bring to the owner's attention are that the toilet is loose, some taps don't work, and the bedroom light flickers badly. However, we enjoyed our short stay, and I can say that this place is very clean.

The venue is a bit too cramped, with access to the cupboards blocked by the bed and little to no space to lay out two suitcases for a couple staying in the venue. Hand railings on the staircase up to the breakfast room next to the pool would be a good idea. TV channels are limited to openNet and not DSTV.
Breakfeast not good at all. Bacon etc seems to be prepared the night before and re-heated in microwave oven. Then its served. Juices served with breafeast is has very artificial taste, not nice at all.
I will simply say you need to see it by yourselves!
Villa Valencia was willing to help us when our previous accommodation was cancelled at the last minute with no problems. The staff are friendly and went out their way to accommodate us. It was really pleasant staying there.
Place is a bit cramped, smells musty, no handrails on stairs and tiles very slippery when it rains. Here is an accident waiting to happen. For the money it's probably acceptable, but I personally wouldn't stay there again.
We weren't greeted very well and the lady didn't seem to know we were coming or in what room we were staying. The aircon didn't work. The breakfast was not great all round, the sausages were raw.

I travel a lot and often stay overnight in places to stay. This was the worst experience I have had in years so far. The following happened: My reservation was paid and confirmed, but the receptionist did not know about me or prepared a room. Even after calling the website. I was allocated an unprepared room but the standard of the bedding was pathetic (I took a picture of it and wish I could post it here to show). After I refused to sleep there, another room was quickly prepared. Once inside, I notice how run down the place is. There was also dust in several places. The breakfast was tasteless and below standard (eggs oily and the sausage rock hard) The ketchup bottle was so dirty and caked around the opening that I preferred not to use it. I didn't finish the breakfast - instead went to buy my decent breakfast elsewhere. On a positive note, I can say that the receptionist who helped me was always friendly and tried to accommodate me. Nowhere did the manager come back to me and give any feedback on my complaints.
The location of the place is very beautiful. The room was comfortable. The food was well prepared.
I was only there one night. It was very conveniently located. The room was neat and very clean. Very nice stay without any problems.

Villa Valencia's stairs are not recommended for a person who has walking problems. The stairs are irregular in height and width, with no handrails to support you.

The mat on the floor caused my sinus to be worse. I was sneezing the whole weekend due to the smell and dust the mat caught so I would recommend the other rooms which doesn't have mats for people like me who has sinus.
One of the best guesthouses ever. Just one problem - nog roof outside door. This is a hassle if you are a smoker.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The residential units are neat and clean and equipped with everything that is needed. After a pleasant night's rest we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. from the balcony we had a beautiful view of the city. It was a pleasant stay and we will use the accommodation there again.
Upon our arrival there, we were kindly received and signed in by Blessing. The room was neat and clean, the air conditioning was a welcome relief after the traffic through the town centre, with all the roadworks.

As the senior person in the group, I got the humblest room without a bath!! My shower door fell off its track the first night and was never fixed even though I reported it. Parking is a PROBLEM!! We never saw the manager (Michael) - only the women working in the kitchen.
A beautiful and very clean accommodation with friendly staff.
Good, clean accommodation, with great service and food. However, without a GPS I would never have found the location, its very difficult to find.
The room was perfect and breakfast was well prepare, the ladies are so welcoming, you feel at home.
