It was a place to stay, there is nothing special to note about the B&B it is adequite if you are staying for bussiness. The disapointment was that the cleanliness was not as it should have been. The towels were frayed and not replaced for 4 days. The linen on the bed was not as clean as it should have been and the bed was invested with fleas.

The stay was very pleasant. The location is very central and in a very nice part of Durbanville. The host makes sure things run smoothly. The breakfast is delicious with a variety.

Brekfis at Continental can be varied more. Braai facilities not clean. Privacy limited. Something of a hostel father - hostel mentality where gates are opened and closed. Preferably own access control. Check-out time: Sleeping place determined 11h00 morning. Villa 10 on Hugo - 10h00 morning. Causing consternation between guests and host father upon departure. Extra pressure put on us as guests to vacate. To show reasonableness especially if you checked in later after more than 8 hours of travel due to beyond our control. Guests should not feel unwelcome and manipulated. Just value for your money is good enough.
The owner met me personally at my vehicle and was friendly and helpful. The service was great, rooms are very neat and the bed was deliciously soft. Breakfast was off the books and there was even a bunny playing around in the garden. I would definitely recommend Villa10 to someone looking for peace and quiet. Thank you very much.

Die slaapplek was uitstekend die ontbyt was baie goed. Die gasvryheid uit die boonste rakke, ek het so tuis gevoel asof ek by my eie huis was. Sal weer daar gaan slaap. Die kamer was skoon en netjies.
All I didn't like was the open bathroom that is part of the room. Couldn't see it as nice in the photo. Then I definitely did not book there. Married for almost 50 years, but I like my privacy there.
Faure helped us with accommodation for our son at very short notice. The service was really good and he was always very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back again. Thank you very much for all your extra effort and help Faure.

Very safe. Friendly service with delicious breakfast. Centrally located. Upon my arrival I was kindly received and taken to my room which was very clean and tidy. I had everything I needed and enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning. Plekkie is centrally located between shopping centers and the winelands. Management is very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again without a doubt.

Lovely continental breakfast in cheerful surroundings.
Quiet surroundings even though there is a school across the road. Faure the owner, always meets and greets you and checks that everything is in order and if he can assist in anyway. Rooms, clean, neat and functional. Tea and coffee always available in the guest kitchen and dining room. Excellent continental breakfast. Great accommodation if you only need a place to stay without paying for all the frills. I would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I had a very nice and comfortable stay here, thank you very much! Two small things, the front garden could be a little tidier, and the cushions could be a little softer, but that's just personal preference.

I stayed at Villa 10 on Hugo with my friends for a week in Cape Town. It is the best accommodation for a group of people. The owner is very warm and welcoming, caring and ensuring everybody feels at home. We enjoyed their scrumptious breakfast which is also healthy and delicious. I would definitely recommend the place to other people.

From our arrival at Villa 10 it was clear that customer service is a big priority. I was greeted at the car and they took me inside. The guesthouse is well-equipped with a combination of modern furniture, antiques and special objects. The facilities were explained to me and they asked me about my needs. The room was very well-equipped. A convenient shower washed away the heat of the day. The lounge and dining room was well-equipped while a feeling of space and comfort impressed me. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the 2 nights at Villa 10 a lot. I was especially impressed by the good customer service.

Water restrictions cause some gardens to be very dry and can go to waste, which can cause damage to homes. A well-kept garden creates a peaceful atmosphere that is relaxing. (Just a general comment)
They should consider allowing the hot water system to function a while longer. Otherwise a lovely, delicious breakfast.

All "draw back" is that bathroom is not closed. I was traveling with my daughter and it was a bit of a problem.
I stayed there for 3 nights seeing as I had to attend a conference close-by. In my opinion, the accommodation at the conference facility wasn't cost-effective. The guest house offered everything I needed for my stay. Tourists in general probably expect a TV in the room, but in this case it was in the sitting room. Otherwise the amenities were neat and convenient. The breakfast was delicious if you like continental breakfasts. Just a small warning: If the rooms are full, make sure you shower first!

Neat, clean and comfortable. I asked for a softer pillow and got it right away. A beautiful living room with TV, fireplace and coffee and tea is available at all times only for the guests. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with secure parking on the lot.
Not enough hanging space for towels. The toilet has no door and is open to the rest of the room, which did not suit us at all. I informed the owner of my criticism. Until the two problems are resolved I will not stay there again.
Very clean and serene. Very upmarket and beautiful. Felt safe and at ease, especially at night. I didn't hear a dog bark at night! It was great staying at Villa 10. The breakfast was satisfying and healthy, catering for all types of dieters! The road signs, however, need to be repainted! We battled to see the names as we followed our GPS directions.
Faure Coetzee is a very good and friendly host. The room was neat and the breakfast was nice, but the fact that you had to move through the house to the room (we prefer our own outside door and this was not indicated on the website), that the toilet is not private and that the curtains not giving privacy disappointed us. We then stayed one night shorter. It's perfect for a single person.

It was very clean in a good area not too far from the airport. We felt very safe during our stay, and would prefer to have more DStv channels. We didn't love the bathroom which was a basic part of the room, but everything else was very good.
