It was basically a place to sleep after a concert, but if we needed to cook, etc., all the facilities were available to us. It was a lovely, clean, and quiet house. Will use them again in future if we ever need to be in the area.

If you are doing a school tour to Affies or Waterkloof, this is the accommodation for you. Amazing value for money, but more than that, it's safe, it's clean, and it feels like home. We made this reservation after a bad experience with a place, 23:00 at night. The next morning at 77:00 Lanette allowed us to pop in quickly, just to make sure everything was legit - and in the blink of an eye we were sorted. Lanette, thank you very much, if we go on tour again and need a place, we will definitely be back. Appreciate your help so much on point 99. The place is even more beautiful than the photos.

The room smells so nice and fresh when you step in. As fine. Silver clean. Bed comfortable. High quality linen. Curtains and blinds make a room nice and dark. Many options at the coffee station. Was surprised that there was Bodum with ground coffee. Lanette, the hostess is super helpful and everything was sorted out during load shedding.

The kitchen, garden, lapa and swimming pool can be used. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer. It was a very pleasant stay.
We had to unexpectedly had to postpone the visit and Lanette was so accomodating that we postponed it to the next Saturday. The Saturday came and she informed us that a waterpipe in the area burst and that there was no water at the guesthouse. She kept us informed the entire day and she cancelled the reservation due to the water pipe and she refunded the money into my account. That is something that never happens. I would like to market this place everywhere and recommend it to anybody visiting Pretoria.

Co-owner is extremely incompetent and in the wrong business. What is advertised is not what you get. Kitchen and lounge are not available as advertised. Very little maintenance and bitterly hot units, "apartment" and "cottage". Fans also not sufficient. Had a very bad experience and slept there in the "apartment" for 4 nights, never again. Definitely not "dog friendly" either. Another business is also run from the property, so no peace of mind.
I'll recommend to people especially if they have to go to the embassy.

It was the first time we shared kitchen facilities and had adjoining rooms with another couple. If one does not have problems with that and can live without a TV and air conditioner (there was an effective standing fan) it is a lovely place to stay. If you sleep there more than one night like us (4 nights), just remember that you only get clean towels and bed linen on the first night. There was also no soap or soap dish in the shower. Remember to bring your own. Andi received us warmly and all the people we dealt with were very pleasant.
