The unit is a 5-minute drive away from the beach. Groot Brakrivier and surrounds offer good restaurants, arts and crafts outlets, malls, markets, water sports and a multitude of activities for young and old.
Vipstjert is the ideal destination for the more quiet couple or even a business traveller.
Towels and linen are provided and there is coffee, tea and sugar. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own swimming towels.
Although Vipstjert is attached to the main house, it has a separate entrance and the privacy of guests is highly respected. Safe parking is available on the premises.

17 guests' feedbackThe flat was great - safe (a gate surrounded the premises), private (although connected to the house, there was a private entrance), and clean. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and communicative. The host supplied information about the area which was handy! Although not on the beach, there is a lovely beach 7 minutes away that has lifeguards and a lagoon which is great for kayaking.
Hospitality and great service. We were informed about all the activities in Grootbrak. Vipstjert is definitely recommended. Clean and tidy with everything you need.

Host and hostess give their guests personal attention and are very helpful in relation to places to eat and attractions.
We immediately felt at home and were welcomed with open arms by Lasya. I will recommend Vipstjert to all my friends and family. We drove away with heavy hearts and will definitely go again. Thank you Lasya for your care and the fantastic person you are. The unit was beautiful and there is absolutely everything one could need. The view is also particularly beautiful.
High up on the hill were were warmly welcomed. Lovely view. You can see so far around you. Neat with lots of place to hang and pack your clothes.
Would definitely use Vipstjert again.
It was nice to stay in Lasya's nice and well equipped apartment. She is an enthusiastic, helpful hostess who becomes a friend. In addition to the good place to live, there is WiFi and a complimentary packet of biscuits. And lots of blankets and hot water bags if you arrive with a cold front. Vipstjert is definitely a place to stay that should be on anyone's bucket list. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.
