Lovely comfortable accommodation, close to everything.
It was great value for money. It was close to the venue of our function (Diaz Hotel) and close to the beach and shops. Would recommend it to stay. The only negative was the unit we stayed in had 2 bathrooms, but the one bathroom didn't have a shower, only a bath with a handheld shower head. But that's more personal preference; everything else was great, and the views are stunning.

The place is clean and safe. The thing I loved the most was the load shedding schedule that was given to us, and when you complain about something, the host will quickly fix the problem.

Very spacious social area to braai and mingle in. Rooms are neat and tidy. All necessary utensils were supplied. Owner of the apartment was very friendly and helpful. Situated near the beach.
We enjoyed the time very much. The unit was neat and clean and the WiFi was excellent. The double bed mattress was not too comfortable and sagged at the sides. The shower door needs some attention and doesn't close well unless forced. A table in the living room (as in the photos) would have been handy.
Now our 4th stay at Vista Bonita Apartments. They are tops.
The place itself was very nice, neat and clean. The people could learn a bit to be more friendly, especially the caretaker. Traffic was a bit of a nightmare, but that's understandable due to the roadworks. Suggestion: maybe just leave brochures of places in the area in the apartment block.

Refer to ratings: Sliding doors facing the sea, not cleaned on the inside, some scattered cushions stained, and some kitchen utensils not well cleaned. The double bed in the master bedroom slept terribly badly. Windows were dirty, so we had to push open all the sliding doors if we wanted to look at the sea. Furthermore, we were very satisfied.

Floors were dirty, mould in shower and ceiling of shower. Blinds are not working, glass doors open but do not close all the way. For that money at least everything could be clean and work.

Would have liked to stay longer, but one needs to work as well. Just a pity it is so far from Cape Town, but a great long weekend getaway.
The hostess is very helpful, it takes all the uncertainty out of the arrival. Very neat, upgraded unit of which we saw little, just slept there, with everything to do there was little time to spend in the apartment. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely use it again.

A really great place for a family of four. Has everything you need. Very safe and walking distance to everything. Might just recommend that you replace the bunk bed with 2 single beds. Bed some loin lamb and quickly move apart. Maybe suitable for small children, but not teenagers.

The apartment is beautifully furnished, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine which makes things easy. The view is to die for. We had a great time, slept, very good quality mattresses. It was definitely worth every penny to be able to stay at Vista Bonita. Will definitely book here again as it is so close to the beach and also very centrally located.

The apartment offers very good security and has a very nice patio with an electric braai. All I lacked was a top sheet.

Lovely sea view on the balcony, conveniently close to the beach, washing machine and dishwasher is a big plus! Please note, guests must bring their own laundry pegs, soap powder, Sta-soft, dishwasher soap and rinse aid. We also had to buy salt for the dishwasher because there was none in it. The single bed should also preferably not be on top of the double bed, because the frame is broken and someone could get hurt. A tumble dryer will also help a lot, because if it rains clothes don't dry inside the apartment. Furthermore, we had a great stay and the owners are quick to respond and help where needed, thank you very much! We will definitely use Vista Bonita again. Good value for money! The children also enjoyed it very much.

Please do something about the TV reception and the wifi was totally unacceptable, that was the only negative.

Wonderful view. Secure parking. There are broken floor tiles and doors that open with difficulty and some that we could not get open because rust.
Water pipes of the building gave problems. The manager/owner of the unit kept us updated on progress and offered other accommodations. There were problems getting the unit's pipes done on time. A plan was made to make another unit's facilities available to us. After bigger problems arose, we were moved to another unit which was not ideal, but at least they tried to comfort us in the situation. They also offered us an additional night's accommodation for free. I will certainly make use of this on our next visit to the same unit. We might just want a fan on the next visit too.
It is a pity that the roller blinds do not work and cannot open. The beautiful view is therefore only visible if you stand in the double door of the balcony. Our experience of the view would be very different if we could fully enjoy it.
Nice location but apartment will definitely need to be worked on in terms of floor tiles and finishing. Insufficient drying rack and wet clothes are a problem, a tumble dryer will definitely help.
Nice stay far from everything, shop, road. Very busy. Very old and dilapidated shower, tub, floors.
Unfortunately the couches were uncomfortable and main bedroom on-suite bathroom shower drain is smelly.
Premises very neglected! Shower is blocked, toilet is not fastened to floor, bed linen doesn't fit on mattress, patio doors can not close properly. Sleeper couch very uncomfortable and dirty, living room furniture very uncomfortable. Ironing board useless, iron has sticker on it - do not add water, jays fluid is used as tile cleaner. Maybe the owners should sleep for a few nights and experience what they are selling.

It is close enough to the city, but also far enough away to enjoy a peaceful seaside experience without the "hustle and bustle" of the city. It is ideally located, with the most beautiful sea view. The daily sunrise and sunset are truly picturesque with the tranquility of the sea's lapping in the background. Truly a place to relax and recharge.

We had a lovely stay in Vista Bonita apartment no 22. Fantastic sea view. You just walk across the road and you are on the beach. Close to everything. Ideal for people with children with the water park just next to the apartment block. Very safe with secure parking. Everything you need, clean, tidy and in working order. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Vista Bonita is located in an exceptional location that allows you to look directly out over the ocean while relaxing on the secure, enclosed balcony. The balcony had a braai area as well as couches where you could relax while watching and listening to the sea. There is also a table, which allows you to have breakfast while taking in the beautiful view. The place had everything that was needed. There is secure undercover parking as well as a lift. The elevator is suitable for those who do not want to climb too many stairs. It is very safe. The owners were very helpful and their service was great. We certainly enjoyed it.
Small problem - when the neighbors are barbecuing, the food smells are quite strong. We were in no. 19. That was probably all.

The apartment was so much more than we expected. It was not only beautiful, but also so clean and tidy with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It's like a home away from home. Close to the mall and the beach just a stone throw away. Our kids especially enjoyed this. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely go again. 10 out of 10.

The apartment surpassed expectations. Prefect location from which to explore the Mosselbay area and surround. Langeberg Mall not far away. We had a glorious stay albeit that we hardly spent much time in the apartment! Highly recommend and would love to do a follow-up stay.

Unit 413's equipment was very good. What we normally use was there. A few small things could perhaps receive attention, e.g. more hanging space in the bathroom for towels and washcloths and curtain rail stoppers. We would love to stay there again in the future.

The place is lovely, it is only the door inside apartment 18 and 19 that separates the apartments which is a hindrance, especially since you can hear everything your neighbors are talking as well as if there are grandchildren. The middle door in both apartments is not such a good idea especially if it is not one family. Furthermore, the place was very pleasant.
The apartment is quite dark and had to have lights on all the time when we were there. Lounge set loud and uncomfortable. We still enjoyed our vacation. We always enjoy it and are in Mossel Bay once a year.

The place is very modern and has all the necessities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have been to Mossel Bay area quite a few times (6 in total) but not one place comes close to the place.
We will definitely enjoy our annual vacation at Vista Bonita Apartments every year.
The location and accommodation enabled us to visit Mossel Bay and all the towns/areas up to Knysna within a short time by driving. Will definitely do it again. The electric grill keeps kicking out the power and the bathroom rots unbelievably when there are people in the upstairs flat. I totally forgot to report this to the manager of Vista Bonita Apartments.

It's walking distance from the sea and right by the water park. It's wonderful to see the sea early in the morning when you open your eyes. Very safe and quiet.

We were a family of 5 with sufficient space in the apartment. The view is beautiful. Secure covered parking. Continuous communication with Elena was great. Thank you very much, Elena, for your quick help when we needed it on Friday night. We will visit again.
We had a great time staying there, the facilities there were good and also always felt safe. The view of the sea was beautiful and also very close.

Location was nice, very near to the beach. Area is a bit industrial but the beach was clean. Close to big shopping mall and a short drive from Mossel Bay town centre, secure reserved covered parking. There is no pool in the complex. I find the description misleading as the pool is available at the water park next to the hotel for a fee of R50 per person. Place was spacious with beautiful views, all necessary amenities, but cleanliness was not up to standard (after we waited additional time for the cleaning crew to finish). Also WiFi was not working, but the hostess explained the problem, apologised and offered to repay us of the R50 WiFi fee. All in all a pleasant stay.

The double bed mattress definitely needs replacement! There are loose tiles in every room, definitely a huge safety risk. The front room needs some blinds or curtains, sun very hot and sharp and one cannot eat breakfast or sit there in morning. The front lounge was not cleaned properly, there was sand everywhere. I had to clean myself. The linen, especially the pillowcases smelled like a wet dog!

It was the most beautiful place ever.
We booked for 10 days. From the moment we entered the portal, where everything started with the call, als was nice to explain to me how to get into the apartment. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment. So much cleanliness and view. The large patio doors, with blinds. Johanna the "manager" was very nice. We could ask her anything. Also Jurie and his wife, kindness itself. Very well accommodated if we pressed their button. Als was just perfect. Not happy at all when our stay was over. I had my family with me. We were apprehensive about being on the 4th floor. Our anxiety was laid to rest when we entered the clean homely apartment. The children felt safe and we could enjoy the view uninterrupted. The watermark did not operate but we enjoyed the hot water pool in close proximity. We would definitely recommend and use this location again.
The place is beautiful and neat and the sea view is amazing. Next to the water park and my kids loved being able to swim until late in the covered pool. Central location, close to everything. Woul like to book the same place in future. Jurie, the owner, and his wife were wonderful and they know the meaning of hospitality. I can recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back!
We had an awesome stay, we were safe and close to everything. Very comfortable and the owner was only a phone call away if there were any problems. Our motorcycles were safely locked away and we could sleep at night knowing that they would be there in the morning. Please keep our apartment open during the same time next year, we will be back.
The spacious flat had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Safe. The big veranda room with sliding doors for windy days was a nice place to hang out. The owner's communication was excellent. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and what added to it was that we could braai whilst having a view of the ocean. What was bad was having only one duvet on the beds when it was quite cold! No extra blankets stowed away. We still had a very nice time though, in spite of this. I would recommend Vista Bonitas.
The living unit is large and comfortable. It's very safe and covered parking excellent. We had a beautiful view of the sea and fell asleep to the music of the waves crashing.

The flat is also very comfortable. On the premises is the heated wellness pool as well as slippery slides and mini golf which is a bonus. I can definitely recommend this flat.

It was well worth traveling the 400 kilometers to this peaceful, comfortable, safe, tidy apartment as accommodation. Apartment is nice and spacious and my little one really enjoyed it. We were just a little unsure about using the indoor pool, but otherwise the stay was great!
Beautiful view, close to the heated swimming pool, DStv and enough braai facilities. Really a lovely little house we stayed in. The owners were there themselves and are wonderful and very friendly people. Will definitely stay there again. Excellent service and fantastic places to stay.
The water park with indoor pool was a winner with my children especially with the cold we experienced. The water park is next to the apartment block by the sea. All the necessary centers are located nearby. I would recommend the apartment with the nice view.

Very good value for money! We had a really nice stay. It's very safe with a beautiful view. Every day we had a visit from a free-posted little merman with defective feet, not shy at all, he comes to peck under your feet for something to eat. To future visitors, he is very fond of grated cheese. Over the weekend there was a rubber boat competition and we could see everything from up there. Only uplifting criticism - a can opener and some hangers would make it easier for other visitors. The construction on the apartment block opposite was very disturbing and obviously beyond Vista Bonita's control. Jurie, thank you very much for your beautiful place and friendly service that made our holiday unforgettable.

Beautiful safe location and close to all attractions of Mossel Bay. We had a great time and can really recommend the accommodation. We are sports fans and would have liked to have sports channels on DStv. Only limited channels. We will definitely return.

I traveled with my small kids for a long weekend. The unit had a wonderful view of the beach, although there are 2 other apartment blocks directly in front of it, these buildings do not obscure the view to a great extent. The unit was very clean and neat and the process of getting into the accommodation was easy and managed well. The unit has all the necessary amenities and we were not disappointed. Water World across from the apartment was super safe and clean for the kids to visit and we all had a great time. There is no indoor fireplace, however, a Weber was provided for braai. Secure parking was available. The channels on the DStv were limited. Thank you for the great stay at Vista Bonita apartments, we will definitely be back again.

It was a nice getaway, but the construction of the new apartment block right in front of Vista Bonita hinders the view and they worked the whole long weekend from early morning till late and it was very bothersome.
We had a good stay. Accommodation close to the sea and safe parking. Someone smoked in the apartment recently. Unpleasant for non-smokers. We kept the windows open but the smell persisted.
Everything was nice and close - the long walks all along the beach, swimming in the hot water pool, the Point in Mossel Bay and other attractions in the area, the coffee shop, dining out, the Langeberg Mall and whatever else. A wagtail with a handicapped foot came in each day and made himself at home among us. Too cute!
We had a great holiday. Everything was clean, neat and safe. Perfect location and lots to see and do in the area. Nothing to complain about, we had everything we needed. A heater during the winter would be nice.
Would love to go back again. Very well furnished and tidy. Nicely close to the beach and there is a warm pool, water park and the Diaz Hotel. There are also nice extras, e.g. bar and small fridge, DVD player, fan and freestanding air conditioner. They need a gas grill and better DStv channels.
The bathrooms needs some attention. Loose tiles and the shower water doesn't drain properly. Blockage. But other than that we had a great stay.
When you find a plunger in the shower you know you are in for trouble. After 2 min of showering you have to plunge the outlet as there is obviously plumbing issues. The toilet in the one bathroom keeps running unless you lift the handle. The geyser is only big enough to allow two people to have a warm shower, yet the unit accommodates up to 6 people. Many broken loose tiles on the floors. Place clearly needs maintenance. You have to check on electricity units in the box yourself as the owners only top up with a few units at a time. This should not be my worries as a holidaymaker. The views are blocked by 2 other hotels and only the part you see in the picture is a view. Construction noise from 7 am till 7 pm. Remember no towels are supplied. I will not book here again.
We slept wonderfully on the firm double bed. Enjoy the natural beauty of the surroundings and can imagine that a family with children will have a nice holiday there.

Nice big porch with braai facilities. Bathroom always nice hot water with good pressure. You sleep great on the beds, I've stayed in places where the mattresses were hopeless, not the case here. Parking safe. I would recommend the apartment with the utmost confidence.

Linen is supplied for all bedrooms, as well as the sleeper couch, guests must please remember to bring their own beach towels. A daily cleaning service can be arranged at an extra cost. Braai facilities are also available on the roof of the building with spectacular panoramic views of the sea, beach, Mossel Bay and Hartenbos.
There is a convenience store on the ground floor of the apartment building where you can purchase necessities. There is also a coffee shop and clothing shop for your convenience. Approximately 100 m from the apartment building, guests will find the Dias Hotel where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is also a short walk from the local watering hole, Pirates Pub, for sundowners.
