Both bath and shower facilities are available in the bathrooms.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes 4 fridges, a designer gas stove with an oven, a microwave, and a range of utensils, crockery and cutlery. The main dining area is adjacent to the kitchen, and leads out onto the pool and patio dining area. There are 3 sitting areas which guests have access to: the main sitting room with a TV that has selected DStv channels; an informal family TV room upstairs, and the conservatory which opens out onto the gardens.
The well-manicured gardens also features a herb garden to one side, as well as the boules court. On the other side of the home, there is a wonderful courtyard that offers an escape from inclement weather.
The house also has a games patio with a table tennis table and a dartboard, including an old-fashioned bower where you can have your alfresco meals.

1 guests' feedbackThe house is extremely spacious and is perfect for families with teenagers - giving everyone space to relax. Beautiful garden areas and outside seating. The kitchen included absolutely everything. We could not fault the house. It is also extremely quiet and peaceful.

No pets of any description.
No noise after 10 pm as this is a quiet suburb of Hermanus.
No functions/parties are permitted.
Please make sure the house is locked before you go to sleep and the alarm is set. When you leave the house, please make sure the alarm is on. Gerald, the housekeeper will explain how to use the alarm system.
At night, please bring all furniture and belongings inside because the irrigation system comes on in the early morning.
