Not equally considered.
Unit was ready earlier than allowed time and she let us in. Service all the time and friendliness of the highest quality. Unit clean and tidy without defect.
We really enjoyed our stay at Vivian's Cottage. It is a nice, clean, and friendly place and the owners are very hospitable. Garden and swimming pool areas are beautiful and relaxing, especially for early morning coffee.
We wanted to see a show at the Pierneef Theater and were looking for a place to stay. This place was ideal and very close to the Pierneef Theatre. We were very kindly received at the guest house. The manager gave us a choice of a unit with a bath or a shower. The unit was very nice and clean and we could not complain about anything. The garden is very beautiful and we enjoyed a "night cap" in the garden after the show. The only downside is that we thought they served breakfast which was not the case. Otherwise, everything was very nice and nice!

Room booked wasn't available. Had to sleep in flat with bed and sleeper couch. Very hard and uncomfortable sleeper couch. Had to shower in cold water, taps apparently switched. Will never recommend or sleep there again.
Units could do with new beds. Breakfast was very disappointing, only bread, breakfast porridge and no hot breakfast, no option for bacon/eggs etc. not. Have to do everything yourself. Definitely will not stay there again.
Vivian made us feel very welcome. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy but the sheets and bedding are old and look tired although it was very clean, maybe they need new bedding.
From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out I as greeted and treated with a smile.

I'm happy they have a pool to enjoy the summer heat. They are very friendly.
The coffee, tea, sugar and milk in the rooms were too little, but there are no complaints.
TVs can be easily replaced with new models. Free WiFi is a plus.
