Had a very nice break and the location is excellent.
The location is perfect for small children. The sand is by the porch steps and great for going to the sea and back with the little ones. There is a Nespresso machine, so remember pods.
A lovely little house, on the most beautiful part of Vleesbaai just a step and you are on the beach. The cottage is very well furnished with everything you need, 8 people can sleep comfortably and the terrace on the beach is heavenly. We enjoyed every moment. Thank you very, very much.

We love Vleesbaai - Mullerlaan 33. Being met by Willem's cheery smile - always so welcoming. And just chilling close to the sea. The kitchen is very well stocked with fab pots and pans. And I mustn't forget to compliment Riana on keeping the house spotlessly clean. To the owners - the house is getting a little tired so a bit of TLC would be appreciated for our next stay.
Expect that for the cost of accommodation, the braai place's equipment would be better. Really neglected stuff.
Location, location, location!
The location is really picturesque and the children enjoyed themselves on the beach while we could sit on the porch and watch. The only bad point that we had to book additional accommodation at short notice because due to unforeseen circumstances we were 1 extra person. We were prepared to pay extra, but they wanted to charge us a ridiculous rate of R2000 a night. The youngest child was only 6 years old and we would have packed a mattress ourselves for her to sleep on. I just feel R8000 is very unreasonable for 4 nights and a 6 year old would not have been much extra expense for the owner. In the end, the family was split because it was cheaper to take an additional unit.
Unfortunately, there was no clean pot for making porridge or potjie cooking. Just a burnt and rusted pot in the laundry room. In general, the pots should be washed.

We couldn't have asked for better! On the beach, well equipped, clean, safe. Truly a wonderful resting place. Nice barbecue on the stoep while the children frolic in the sea. Thanks also to Willem who quickly made us feel at home! We will definitely be there again!

I wonder if there is a place anywhere closer to the sea than 33 Mullerlaan Vleesbaai. Warm Indian ocean makes it ideal getaway.

An ideal beach holiday for a family with children (we have four between the ages of 3 and 7). Secure, clean, neat, also excellent location next to the ocean with an amazing view of the bay.
