Very nice to find such a nice place to sleep at short notice. Mandy and Carl were very hospitable! Would recommend if you just want to stay for a night or two. Very close to shops too.
Although the stairs are steep, there are very good rails and therefore less of a concern than expected based on some reviews (unless you have mobility constraints).
Really nice place to stay, very comfortable, and clean. Definitely value for money.
It was great to be there and the view was good, but just one part that was not happy is loadshedding. It is not a B&B's problem, it is South Africa as a whole.

Vlei Lofts was a pleasure to stay in - I was pampered by the host and hostess, the facilities were top notch and offered the most beautiful view of the wetlands and Cape Town's best export - Table Mountain.
Very neat with a self-help breakfast.
If you prefer a cooked breakfast then this guesthouse will not work for you. The stairs are a challenge even to those not physically challenged. The stairs can be a falling risk.
Was very happy with my one night there and will make use of it again if I have to play golf at Milnerton Golf Club!

From the welcome I was amazed. Warm friendly hostess. Place is safe and gated parking. Soft clean carpets. Crisp white linen, extra pillow. Coffee station with rusks and chocolate spoils. Everything one need to really relax away from home. Breakfast was a feast with muffins cereal cheeses breads eggs. I ate it all! Stunning view from balcony. I left, well-rested and spoiled by this 5 star retreat!
