The unit is very modern, everything a family needs and nice and cozy. Yvette was very approachable to let us check in earlier which helped us a lot. The small detail was special and the children really enjoyed their treats on their bed.

Yvette and Fanie are really incredible people. They made us feel right at home and gave us the space we needed to just come and go as we pleased. It was nice to hear laughing children and the dog that came to greet us every morning was amazing. We will come again next year.

VoelFrey provides a great space to stay in a wonderful part of George. The 4-sleeper unit I was in is well-decorated and provides all that one requires for a self-catering stay. The hostess, Yvette, is welcoming and friendly and is extremely attentive without being intrusive. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending VoelFrey as a place to stay.

The owner is very welcoming and friendly, the setting is peaceful and tranquil, and the accommodation is great value for money.
With the little place located on the side of George and a wooded area, it is nice and private and peaceful. Lots of bird life in the area. Yvette kept me informed of power outages all the time and provision was also made for them.

Neat, clean self-catering accommodation with quality linen. Urgent attention must be paid to dangerous remnants of previous foundation walls at the bathroom and master bedroom entrances that cause guests to trip. The bathroom layout is impractical and offers no privacy due to the toilet being directly next to the bathroom door and next to the kitchen area. The ventilation is extremely poor and the unit is very cold.
Yvette absolutely treated us like royals. We took our baby of 7 months with and she managed to get us a camping cot for the weekend. The place is clean, child friendly and very safe. Love the interior design of the place, it is very classy yet very modern. I would definitely make use of VoelFrey again in the near future. Simply superb service. Thank you very much.

We had a great time staying at VoelFrey. Yvette was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The place is big enough for 4 adults, but also ideal for a family. I would suggest that there could be an extra mirror in either the bedroom or the living area. Other than that it's great!! Very clean and tidy and just a nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!
