Everything we needed was there. Mariska is the perfect host. Definitely worth your money. The rechargeable lights definitely a big bonus and the updated Eskom schedule from Mariska.
We were pleasantly surprised with the stay at Volgenoeg Self Catering! The hostess received us kindly and the unit was very well equipped and painstakingly tidy. The unit offers sufficient privacy and the tranquility of the farm environment is always a winner. It is located close to the town and easily accessible by car. Shaded parking was also available for both vehicles. We look forward to returning again and happily recommend Volgenoeg Self Catering!
Volgenoeg is a beautiful farm. We enjoyed watching the ostriches. The hosts are most accommodating and very friendly. The cottages are very clean and the rooms very spacious.
The place was very beautiful and peaceful and the outdoors and the animals on the farm were something to experience, especially standing around in the morning and smelling clean, fresh air with animals in the background. They had of als, will go again.

The unit where we stayed is very modern, has everything and anything. There are high quality beds in every room and are very tidy, can't even think of criticism.
We really enjoyed the silence and beautiful view.
A touch of artifice. Will stay here again! We can fully recommend to any family or even to friends. These are very spacious and large rooms which make it really comfortable, one could really stay here for a week! Very very good value for money.

We were surprised with our stay at Volgenoeg, close to town but out of the hustle and bustle. The house is beautiful, clean and so beautiful. Can recommend it anytime for people with or without children.
