We had a great stay in Vrede. The rooms were big enough and each room has a bathroom. The living area and kitchen also had more than enough space to move around. We were 4 adults and 3 children. It was cold in Tergniet, but we were enveloped in warmth every time we walked through Vrede's door. The cottage was a comfortable temperature despite the cold outside. We parked on the grass in front of the house as the streets are narrow. The sidewalk is low so we could also get up there with a car. The beach near Vrede is fantastic for children! During low tide there were many pools to swim in amongst the rocks with a great variety of fish to see. There is also a tide pool which is like a small pool on the beach! The beach was just not walking distance for us. It's about a 2-minute drive from Vrede (so still close), but with small children we didn't want to venture out. There is also a descent to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

House is very neat. Everything is there that is needed for a self care unit. Very nice area and close to the sea.

Very pleasant stay and well equipped unit (dishwasher and washing machine). Not too far to walk to the beach. Parking is on the pavement in front of the unit.
