2 guests' feedbackThe cottage is spacious, tidy and comfortably furnished. Appreciated the special treats like chocolates on the bed, roses in the room, biscuits, pickled peppadews, milk and water in the fridge. Nice view of the ponds and farms. The little garden is neat and fenced and our dog could play nicely. Appreciated that the braai was cleaned and new wood provided each time. Could also go for a nice walk.
The location is awesome and the cottage was great. The bed was the best ever. I feel the kitchen is not really equipped for self-catering; the pans are old and black, and there are no bread or sharp cutting knives except for a small serrated one. To cut a slice of bread was a challenge. They have tenants backing onto the cottage, and one can hear their TV clearly, so not great there.
