Hennelie and her mother are nice and keep this little apartment very tidy. Early one morning we heard a lion roar, and the hyena puts the dogs on edge at night when he wanders on the pavement. It's really only 2 minutes from Phalaborwa gate. Fair traffic when people go to work early in the morning, but very convenient. Been there three times.

Large residential unit with a very comfortable bed and a friendly hostess who makes you feel welcome and provides good information about Kruger National Park and simply has access forms to hand.
Wagon Wheels are easy to find, close to a Spar and the Phalabor gate for access to the Kruger National Park within minutes. Although on the same site as the main house, Wagon Wheels is located separately from the main house, making it private. It is neatly and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Hennelie is a cute, pleasant hostess and she kept in touch with us throughout until our arrival and welcomed us very kindly. Parking is secure and on site, behind an electric gate. Hennelie went out of her way to deliver, via other guests, also on the way to the Wildtuin, a forgotten iPad charger at our camp in the Wildtuin - something for which we are infinitely grateful to her (and the guests!). We can recommend Wagon Wheels to anyone wanting to spend the night near the Phalabor Gate for quick access to the Wildlife Park. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay, Hennelie!

Pleasant accommodation that has all the facilities for an overnight stay or a few days at a time. Located close enough to the business center and a variety of restaurants. Eienares has a lot of knowledge of the Wildlife Park, and provided us with interesting information about the best routes and paths to follow. We saw a great amount and variety of wildlife, thanks to her knowledge and information she shared with us.

The environment is very quiet and peaceful and only 1.4 km from the Kruger National Park's gate. Ideal to stay, price wise as well as the distance to the game park gate. Unit was serviced daily and we were received kindly and sincerely. Will definitely go again.

Unfortunately, the sink in the bathroom and the shower and shower curtain were not clean.
Very nice stay and the people were very friendly. The town had power problems for a long time and when we got there there was still no water. Hennelie went out of her way to buy us water at no extra cost. Will definitely go again.
We were very kindly received with all the necessary information. The living unit is comfortable with everything needed. We were also able to charge our freezer overnight with an extension cord. We were on our way to Kruger National Park and even got an entry form here! We will definitely book with Wagon Wheels again and recommend friends there as well.

Wagon Wheels is small, just one single apartment, but everything was very tidy and the owner/hostess was very friendly and helpful. We only needed overnight accommodation while on our way to Kruger Game Park, and Wagon Wheels were perfect for that. We were a bit concerned about the security of our vehicle outside as there is no visible security.
